SPECIAL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF HT NETWORK SYSTEM AT AF STATION GPRAKHPUR

Excavation in trenches , not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for founddation and laying of cable etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for under ground cable with locally available sand for protection of cable 8cm before laying cable and 15cm deep over the cable including spreading and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply & laying factory made un reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type 1 flat, size 300mm x 180x40mm , grade not less than M-20, minimum average breaking load for reinforced cover 300 Kg complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable XLPE HT cable of size 95 Sqmm 3 core from trench or on pole etc as decided by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing of HT XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable, heavy duty with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade,Earthed conforming to IS :7098(part II) cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology for laying or passing of HT cables by mechanical means using ultra sounding technique including supply and laying 100 mm bore HDPE pipe including necessary fittings as required in roads/hard standing complete all as srecified and as directed. Note :- Any damages/loss to existing services such as OFC cable/Water pipe line/Electric cable etc so caused shall be repaired immediately by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made CPRI type tested HT out door type feeder pillar box , floor mounted, cubical enclosed type, made out from 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, size as per manufacturer recommendation as per CPRI norms suitable for 11 KV voltage with two parts front operated hinged door ,canopy type roof, weather and vermin proof ,one closed HT bus bar chamber having 3 phase copper bus bar of size 50mmx6mm , 15 KA short circuit rating for one second, two earth terminals opposite side of panel for adopt GI earth strip of size 32mmx6mm, two nos cable gland suitable for 95 sqmm to 120 sqmm 3.0 core HT XLPE cable with and including HT danger notice board on both sides, frame made out of ISA 50 mm x 50 mm x 6mm with cable entry & exit through socket at bottom (Fixed with cable glands and gasket) for maintaining specific bending radius of cable including providing two coat of powder coated paint to out side surface and two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to internal surface and necessary foundation/platform of the HT Feeder pillar box with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Drawing shall be submitted by contractor for approval of GE before placing order for procurement.
