A. FIRE ALARM & DETECTION SYSTEM

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of UL / EN listed (latest version) Modular Microprocessor based expandable intellegent Addressable Type Fire Alarm Control Panel of Two loops, with minimum 320 character graphics / LCD / LED display with touch screen and minimum 4000 events history log in the non volatile memory (EPROM) ,The panel should be equiped with loop capacity to take minimum 240 intellegent addressable detectors/ devices (In any combination ) in one loop. Four access levels, capable of taking Protocol Devices, Graphical Display, sufficient numbers of programmable relay controls for controlling ventilation fan, fire pump room, monitoring of fire sprinkler and fire hydrant pump, 230 volts, 50 Hz AC power supply, automatic battery charger, 24 volts sealed maintenance free lead acid batteries sufficient for 2 hours normal working and then be capable of operating the system for 30 minutes during an emergency / fault conditions along with battery stand as required. The panel shall have facility for seamless integration with PA system (For Giving triger Signal to Start pre-recorded Digital Voice Evacuation from PA system in case of fire ). The panel shall be compatible for Building Management System with open protocol BACNET / MODBUS etc. as per specification, complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of UL / EN listed (latest version) intelligent addressable multi criteria detector {Smoke + heat } with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator base and with unique optical sensing chamber, visible LED, fully coated circuit board, superior RF / Transient protection suitable for 2 wires loop connection, complete with plug into common separate base & housing constructed of LEXAN (or polycarbonate) complete with connections etc. as required and to be installed below / above false ceiling roof and concealed space and as per enclosed specifications ,complete as required. (Cost of plug in common base shall deemed to be included in cost of detectors)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of UL / EN listed (latest version) Intelligent addressable Control Module/ Relay Module (output module) with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator module for tripping of AHU & Ventilation / pressurisation fans / hooter complete with termination etc. complete as required and as per enclosed specifications.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of UL / EN listed (Latest Version) Response Indicators for getting fire indications of detectors i/c mounting boxes installed above false ceiling area interconnecting to loop cable etc. as per specification complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of UL / EN listed (latest version) intelligent addressable Manual call station (Resetable pull / push type) suitable for semi flush mounting, IP 54 for indoor use & IP 65 for outdoor use with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator module with double gang outlet box, equipment for key operated test-reset lock, electronic or rotary switches for address setting. Manual pull station shall be connected with two wire to SLC loop of Fire Control Panel. Cover shall be made out of LEXAN (or poly carbonate equivalent) with clear operating instruction and the word Fire appearing on the front complete with connections etc. as required and as per enclosed specifications.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of UL / EN listed (latest version) loop powered addressable Hooter-cum- strobe with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator module with adjustable sound level in the range of min. 65 db to Max. 120 db at 1M distance complete with termination etc. as required and as per enclosed specification.

Supplying & laying of 2 x 1.5 sqmm FRLS armoured cable, 600 / 1000V rated with annealed copper conductor as per applicable IS standared complete as required.

Providing laying, testing & commissioning of 150 mm dia size,'C' class heavy duty MS Pipe conforming to IS 1239/3589 i/c fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts,gaskets etc. in ground including welding, excavation & providing cement concrete blocks as supports, anticorrosive treatment with coaltar/asphalt tape as per IS 10221, refilling the trench etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing single headed external yard hydrant valve with 1 No 63 mm dia instantaneous Gun metal coupling and cast iron wheel, ISI marked, confirming to IS 5290 (type A) with cap and chain as required.

Supplying and fixing orifice plate made of 6 mm . thick stainless steel with orifice of required size in between flange & landing valve of external and internal hydrant to reduce pressure to working pressure of 3.5 kg/cm2 complete as per specifications as required.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of non-return valve of 150 mm dia confirming to IS: 5312 complete with rubber gasket, GI bolts, nuts,washers etc.as required

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of butterfly valve of PN 1.6 rating with bronze/gunmetal seat duly ISI marked complete with nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets conforming to IS 13095 of following sizes as required a) 150 mm dia

Supplying and fixing First- Aid Hose Reel with MS construction spray painted in post office red conforming to IS 884 with upto date amendments complete with the following as required. (a) 30 m long 20 mm (nominal internal) dia water hose thermoplastic (textile reinforced) Type 2 as per IS : 12585. (b) 20 mm (nominal) internal dia gun metal globe valve & nozzle. (c) Drum and brackets for fixing the equipments on wall. (d) Connections from riser with 25 mm dia stop valve (gun metal) & MS. Pipe.

Supplying and fixing of hose cabinet of size 900 mm x 600 mm x 500 mm made of 2mm thick MS sheet with 6 mm thick glazed glass doors with necessary locking arrangement suitable to accommodate internal/external hydrant, 2 nos 15 Meter long hose pipe. 1 no branch pipe, mounted on wall or with steel support & duly painted with post office red externally and white internally with synthetic enamel paint complete in all respect, for internal/external hydrant as required.

Supplying and fixing of Four way fire brigade connection of cast iron body with gun metal male instantaneous inlet couplings complete with cap and chain as reqd. for suitable150 dia MS pipe connection conforming to IS 904 as required.

Supply, installation , testing comissiong of pressure gauge of 100 mm dia , 0-21 kg/sq.cm range with 15 mm dia stop cock valve,piping etc as required

Constructing masonry chamber 120x120x120 cm inside with 75 class designation brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) for butterfly valve with 8 mm thick M.S. top plate with 6 mm rod handle, necessary excavation ,foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), and inside plastering with cement morter 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement as per standard design with FPS bricks

C. FIRE EXTINGUISHERS

Providing and fixing Carbon-di-oxide fire extinguishers consisting of welded M.S cylindrical body,squeeze lever discharge valve fitted with internal dischargetube, 30cms long high pressure discharge hose, discharge nozzle, suspension bracket, finished externally with red enamel paint and fixed to wall with brackets with rawl plug/dash fasteners complete with initial charging .. Capacity 4.5kg. I.S.I. Marked. (IS : 2878)

Providing and fixing ABC type (stored pressure) extinguisher of having 6 Kg Capacity as per IS : 13849 - 1993 consisting of welded MS cylindrical body ,with discharge hose, discharge valve, suspension bracket, initial filling etc complete as required.
