Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structure as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remainging earth locally for road work - by mechanical means - depth upto 3m (Ordinary soil)

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix with stone aggregate 40mm nominal size in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and upto height of 1.5 above ground/bed level

Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for - foundations, footings, bases for columns.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete , excluding the cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 fine aggregate : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing, hoisting and fixing precast R.C.C cover slabs for drain (upto plinth level) of length varying upto 1.80m and varying thickness from 100mm to 200mm including the cost of required centring, shuttering and finishing smooth with neat cement punning on the exposed surfaces but excluding cost of reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). The rate is inclusive of all taxes. .

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. works including bending, binding and placing in position - Thermo Mechanical Treated Bars Fe - 415 or more.

Providing in position single socketed UPVC pipe 110mm Dia (Working pressure 6Kg/sq.cm) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
