G.S.B.Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete. (Two layer)

Providing, laying spreading and compacting well graded stone aggregates as wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material at OMC in mechanical WMM mixing plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site and laying with paver in base course on well prepared surface, compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. Including cost of material, T&P, labour and all taxes etc. for proper completion of the work. Complete work as per MORT&H specification No. 406.

Providing and applying prime coat with slow setting bitumen emlusion on prepared surface of Granular Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 kg. per sqm. using machenical means as per MORT&H

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. (Grade-II)

Providing and applying tack coat with medium setting bitumen emulsion using Bitumen pressure dristributor @ 0.25 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous surface As per MORT&H Clause 503
