SUPPLY AND CONSTRUCTION OF 08 x GUARD ROOM IN AOR OF HQ 71 SUB AREA

Supply and construction of Guard Room Shelter with attached toilet-cum-bathroom and covered verandah, complete in all respects, including supply, transportation, loading, unloading, fabrication, erection, installation, testing and commissioning, strictly in accordance with the approved drawings, Technical Details, Store List and all as directions. The work shall include complete MS RHS framed structure comprising columns, trusses, rafters, purlins, runners, cleats, base plates, foundation bolts and all connecting arrangements; factory-made PUF insulated camouflage-pattern roofing and wall panels; gable cladding, ridge cover, gypsum-board false ceiling, doors, steel windows with grills and fly-proof shutters, ventilator, exhaust fan, sunshades, drapery rods, protective painting and all fixtures and accessories required for a rigid, weatherproof and fully serviceable shelter. The item shall also include all associated civil, sanitary, plumbing, electrical and external works comprising setting out, excavation, PCC foundations, plinth and dwarf wall, DPC, flooring and tiling, cement plaster, plinth protection, brick steps, septic tank, soakage pit, manholes, sewage connections, sanitary fittings, internal and external water supply, water storage tank with MS staging, earthing, lightning protection, complete electrification, furniture as specified, hard standing where shown, backfilling, compaction, testing, quality control, cleaning of site and disposal of surplus material. The quoted rate shall include all materials, labour, machinery, tools and plants, scaffolding, temporary works, handling, wastage, taxes, duties, overheads, contractor’s profit and every incidental item required for successful completion and handing over of the work in a fully functional condition. Nothing extra shall be payable, and the work shall be completed to the entire satisfaction.
