Supply of One No. Hydraulic Excavator of Bucket Capacity 5.0-5.9 CUM with provision of GPCC for spares & supervision for 4 years/ 12000 hours of operation after warranty period for Barsua Iron Mines

• (1) The bidder should be Original Equipment Manufacturer [OEM] of the Hydraulic Excavator having Bucket Capacity 5.0-5.9 CUM or the bidder should be OEM’s Authorized Dealer / Authorized Channel Partner / Authorized Agent. [Specific Authorization issued by the OEM shall be submitted.] (2) The bidder should have supplied and commissioned at least 01 number of Hydraulic Excavator having Bucket Capacity 5.0-5.9 CUM in Iron Ore Mines in India to Govt Sector/PSU’S/ Public Limited Company, during last 07 years ending last day of the month previous to one in which NIT is invited. The tenderer shall submit following documentary evidence in support of the above: (i) Copy of Purchase Order (s) either in the name of the bidder / OEM. (ii) Corresponding copy of Commissioning Certificate or Completion Certificate or Performance Certificate from purchasing organisation

• The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March 2024 should not be less than Rs. 5.6 Cr. Net worth of the bidder should be positive as per the Audited annual accounts in the latest financial year of the three financial years considered for turnover. The following documents to be submitted in support of financial eligibility: Copies of Audited Balance Sheet and Statements of Profit & Loss Account for last three consecutive financial years ending 31st March 2024 having valid UDIN.
