Note: The quoted rate shall include provision of end flashing/crimp and no extra payment with regard to this provision will be made to the contractor.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as direced.

0.63 mm plain Galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley Gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275. fixed with self tapping /coach screws as specified and as directed.

Rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Fe-410 W(Gde E-250) quality B complete as specified and as directed.

Rolled mild steel work as in tubular trusses, purlins etc., including special shaped washers etc., complete using ERW or incduction butt weld tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 Gde St-240 and painted with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer including preparation of surfaces at contractor's workshop before fabrication complete all as pecified and as directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain, galvanised mild steel sheeting as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) by using 1.0mm thick sheet grade of zinc coating @275 Gms/Sqm both sides and welded or soldered joints including necessary fittings, dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness (including Nainital or similar pattern) as in roof covering/vally gutters complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- 1. Work to be carried out in bldgs/Sheds height upto 15-20Mtr (Approximately). 2. Rate quoted by contractor shall be inclusive of dismantling and refixing of AC/GI (corrugated semi corrugated etc) sheets, wired figure glass light ventilation at valley gutters area in roof coverings.

Removing of old water proofing treatment and cleaning the surface of slab and clearing with wire brushes, removing dust, foreign materials, rubbish off the site to a distance n exc 100 m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering/plastering, 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC 3% by the weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Water proofing treatment over RCCslab by applying oil based bituminous primer to surfaces @ 0.25 kg/sqm and laying 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing polymeric membrane with 100 mm side and end lap having weight not less than 3.5 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyster reinforced mat weighting not less than 160 gms/sqm polyster core having soften point not less than 1500C, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650N/ sq.cm, by torching method and applying a coat of solar reflective alumunium paint @ 0.15kg/sqm on membrance surface including 24hrs ponding test complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Gypsum reinforced boards 600x600x8-10mm thick for ceiling hot dipped galvanised iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick GS sheet and of size 24x32x3000mm and spaced at 1200mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centres. Hangers of GI wire 4mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plugs, level and justers and screws etc, The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall. Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm from adjacent center to form 1200x600mm moulds cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independently. 600x600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS sheet of size 19x19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per manufacture instructions and finishing the surface by applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint, including taking down existing Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, includingcover fillets complete all as directed. NOTE:- During the fixing of false ceiling existing ceiling fan and downlight if any needs to taking down and refixing again and rates of the same shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate of this item.

Solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per manufacturers instructions as per specifications and drawing.

PVC Venetian blinds all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
