Taking down cement plaster on brick walls including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete work even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chicken wire mesh 22 gauge of apperture size not less than 20x20mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick or concrete work to ceiling surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Applying acrylic wall care putty in internal/external walls/ceiling/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

Applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 10 sq m.litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to wall surfaces over & incl a coat of interior wall primer @ 22 Sq m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using specified brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.

Applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (white shade) @ 10 sq m/litre/2 coats to ceiling surfaces over & incl a coat of interior primer @ 22 Sq m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using specified brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing, including removal of debris, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick of size 400x400x8mm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20mm thick screed bed of CM 1:4 and pointed in white/coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ceramic glossy finish coloured tiles 6 to 8 mm thick of size 600x400 mm inskirting /dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 10mm thick screed bed of CM 1:4 and pointed in white/coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level, including removal of debris, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound @ 0.20litre/bag on brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Applying three coat of brush bound acrylic based cementitious materials of approved quality for sunken portion treatment all as per manufacture instructruction and providing 200micron thick polythyne film over 85/25 grade bitumen layer @0.50kg per sqm all as specified.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 B0 (12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in PCC combing/benching on floor/wall junctionof sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC mix 1 : 7 :12 type E2 (using 40mm graged aggr) as in filling of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed

S&F GI pipe medium grade 40 mm dia 60 CM long as a spouts pipe including taking down existing pipe.

M&L for 25mm thick Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, all as specified.
