The Idlers will Be Manufactured As Per IS : 8598-1987 And IS: 4776 (Part -1) 1977, Lithium Base Grease Packed Life Sealed Type. 2. ERW Tubes - As Per IS-9295/1983 of YST 210 Grade, Thickness 5.4mm 3. Shaft(30mm x 500mm) Material - EN-8 as per BS:970,(dia with rubber-154mm). 4. Bearing - Seize Resistant/Deep Groove Ball Bearing, make-SKF/FAG/NTN/TIMKEN/NBC. 5. All Idlers Shall Be Provided With An Inner Nylon Seal, Outer Double Labyrinth Seal & Nylon Rain Cap. 6. Dust Cover :- CRCA as per IS-513 7. Circlip :- Spring Steel IS:-3075 8. The Materials Will Be Painted With One Coat Of Primer And One Coat Of Finish Sky Blue Paint i.e. Synthetic Enamel Paint. 9. Vendor has to prepare & submit drawing for approval before manufacturing.
