Certain B/R repairs and allied works to water supply installation and Repair/Maintenance of internal Electrification at Jib water supply installation and other locations under GE (Utilities) Udhampur

Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, ccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 m mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Description all as per item Ser No 4.00 here-in-before, but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Old bricks obtained against demolition shall be used.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed with best quality lacally available harder stones such as granite, trap, basalt stone etc, wellbonded bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Description all as per item Ser No 6.00 here-in-before, but except stones, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Old stones obtained against demolition shall be used.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses(framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing(Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to grade Fe-410 W(Gde-E-50) quality-A, steel work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment conforming to grade Fe.290.Gde-E-165, steel work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
