Tubewell Construction

Construction of T/W up to 100 mtr. depth and above in all type of rocks by DTH system and over burden to accommodate casing pipe of following sizes in all types of soils and over burden including lowering of casing pipe but excluding of cost of casing pipe as per IS:2800 (Part I & II) 1979 specification. The work would be competing after obtaining sand free water. The tube well should have a through bore as per nominal dia of casing pipe. a) 200 mm dia nominal bore (item no 2.4.2)

Add 15 % extra for depth more than 100 mtr for drilling beyond depth from ground level

Supply of E.R.W. M.S. black casing pipe ISI marked (IS:4270/1992) of grade FE-410 of following sizes at site of work a) 200 mm dia, thickness 5.4 mm (item no 2.18.2 )

Supply & Fixing tube well cover of MS sheet 8mm thick at top & 5mm thick 100mm wide shroud around the edge so as to form a cap on the top end of casing pipe with GI Nipple 45cm long & two GI flanges at both ends in 80mm sizes passing through a hole in the centre of MS sheet. A 25 mm socket with end plug shall also be welded over top plate. A GI nipple having outside thread of size 1/2" (for installation pressure gauge) shall be provided & welded with 80mm GI nipple near top plate nipple shall be provided with end plug. a) 200 mm dia ( item no 2.23.3)

Supply & Fixing of ISI marked three core PVC flat submersible cable as per IS 694:1990 or amended up to date and conductor as per class 5 of IS 8130:1980 including making connection etc. 2 x 6.0 sq mm 3 core 6.0 sqmm ( Item no 2.19.2 )

Providing & Lowering in tubewell ISI marked GI Pipe “B" (medium) class as per IS:1239 part I 2004 or amended up to date, threaded and double flanged (welded) on both ends and two number 25x3mm MS flat welded on both ends between pipe & flange, rubber washer & nut bolts etc. complete in all respect. 50 mm dia ( item no 2.24.2)

Supply & Installation of 3 phase ISI marked submersible motor pump set of five star rating by BEE and as per IS: 8034-2018 (pump) and IS 9283-2013 (motor) or as amended up to date of approved make of following duty condition with required accessories including making connection suitable for tube well/DCB. The job includes lowering of motor pump, installation of complete fitting & accessories, jointing of electrical cables up to switch board, testing of submersible pump set and interconnection up to water mains, complete in all respect. (Item no 2.15.1 ) 7.5 KW (10 HP) & head above 120 mtr.

Supply & Fixing XLPE insulated / P.V.C. sheathed cable of 1.1 KV grade with aluminium conductor Armoured of IS:7098-I/1554-1 approved make in ground as per IS:1255 including excavation of 30cmx75cm size trench, 25 cm thick under layer of sand, second Class bricks covering, refilling earth, compaction of earth, making necessary connection, testing etc. as required of size. 16.0 Sq.mm, 4 core ( Item no 2.20.2)

Providing and installation of ISI mark electric feeder panel made out of steel sheet powder coated enclosure 18 swg including single phase preventer perferbly L&T/BCH make only for submersible pump set (automatic DOL/Star-delta starter) in MS canopy(size height 1000 mm width 600 mm depth 300 mm and canopy 750 mm W,350 mm D& 100 mm H at center tapering) of sizes per tender documents drawing and specifications including mounting on CC M150 124 platform of size 1000 mm×600mm as per detailed specification as per the scope of work Above 5 HP and up to 10 HP ( Item no 2.18.1)
