Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area .

Excavation for foundation in earth, soil of all types, sand, gravel and soft murum, including removing the excavated material up to a distance of 50 m. beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete. (Lift upto 1.5 m.) By Mechanical Means

Excavation for foundation in Hard rock by chiselling, wedging, line drilling, etc. including trimming and levelling the bed, removing the excavated material upto a distance of 50 metres beyond the building area stacking as directed, dewatering and back filling with available earth/ murum watering, ramming etc. complete. (Lift upto 1.5 m). By Mechanical Means

Providing dry/ trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss rubble stone soling 15 cm to 20 cm thick including hand packing and compacting etc. complete.

Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M15 of trap/ granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for foundation and bedding / steps including steel centering, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing uneven and honeycombed surface and curing etc. complete. The Cement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface, only. Newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunny bag, plastic, tarpaulin etc. (Wooden centering will not be allowed.),with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. Providing and fixing in position TMT - FE - 500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete.

Providing earth work in embankment with approved materials obtained from other sources upto lead of 50m. including all lifts, laying in layers of 20cm. to 30cm. thickness breaking clods, dressing to the required lines, curves, grades & section, watering and compaction with vibratory roller with V-Sat attachment to achieve not less than 97 % of standard proctor density etc. complete ( Material obtained from Other sources)

Manufacturing, providing and supplying spirally welded / ERW/ SAW / fabricated M. S. pipes (Commercial Quality) including procurements of plates, gas cutting to required size rolling, tack welding assembling in suitable lengths to form pipes, welding on automatic welding machine and forming ‘V’ edge on both ends of pipes including railway freight, insurance, unloading from railway wagon, loading into truck, transport to stores, unloading, stacking, excluding GST levied by GOI & GOM in all respect etc. complete as per IS - 3589 and IS-5504 as applicable as per specifications (No negative tolerance in thickness is permissible).

Lowering, laying in position to correct line and level including M. S. pipes with / without any outcoating on pedestals or chairs upon prepared formation. The rate to include loading, unloading, hoisting, marginal cutting wherever required, assembling and tack welding, and transportation upto 500 M. etc. completed as specified.

CI PIPES

Providing and supplying ISI standard M S s pecials of required thickness with 3 coats of approved make epoxy paint (Shalimar, Ciba or Mahindra & Mahindra make) from inside and outside excluding all statutory duties & taxes such as GST levied by GOI & GOM in all respect, inspection charges, transportation to stores / site, and stacking, etc. complete.

2) Only flanges with machining and drilling holes, etc. com-plete more than 40 mm thick.

5) Plain ended specials or plain ended branch flanged specials of all diameters.

Welding in all positions with required number of runs, for M. S. pipes internally and / or externally including gauging wherever necessary, fixing appurtenances and other accessories in connection with pipe laying work as per specification.

Gas cutting (either square cut or V cut) pipes, plates, etc. of thickness.

External Coating Providing and applying 100% Solids Polyurethane Coating meeting BIS16719 & Rigid, Directto Metal,100% Solids Polyurethane Coating meeting AWWA C- 222 of minimum 1000 micron thickness on the external surface of MS Pipe after blast cleaning to SA 2½ with Anchor profile of >75Microns using angular Steel Grit. Pipe blast cleaning and coating shall only be permitted in the pipe manufacturer’s facility, preferably on rolling conveyor using fast set materials. The rates are including loading, unloading, handling and transportation of Pipe etc complete. Note: Product shall be supplied and applied as per detailed specification provided by the department.

Internal Lining Providing and applying 100% Solids Polyurethane Coating meeting BIS 16719 & Rigid, Directto Metal,100% Solids Polyurethane Coating meeting AWWA C- 222 and satisfying the criterionfordrinking water as per WRAS-BS 6920 to a thickness of 500 Microns (SSPC PA2) on theinternal surface of MS Pipe afterblast cleaning to SA 2½ with Anchor Profile of >75 Microns Using angular Steel Grit.The Coating should meetTotal Organic Carbon (TOC) as per APHA-AWWAWEF5310C < 2.00 milligram/ Litre. Pipe lining shall only be permitted in the pipe manufacturer’s facility. Site application shall not be permitted. The rates are including loading, unloading, handling and transportation of Pipe etc complete. Note: Product shall be supplied and applied as per detailed specification provided by the department

Providing & fixing at the site, Ductile Iron High Performance, triple function, tamper proof, fill port single chamber air release valves, generally confirming to AWWA C-512 and design and drawing with tamper proof air vent SS floats, SS sealing umbrella and SS hooding cage, flanges drilled as per IS:1438. Valves shall be elecrostatically powder coated inside and outside 250 microns PN-10/16 with DI flanges, Resilient seated Isolating sluice valves DI grade shall be GGG-50 for Air Valves and Isolating valve.
