The “Percentage” quoted by the Bidder shall be applicable uniformly to all the rates of the items indicated in ScheduleofRates. 3. Only "Bidder Name", "Excess (+) or Less (-)" & "Percentage" are to be filled by the bidder in the designated "Sky Blue cells". 4. "Excess (+)" or "Less (-) can be selected from the dropdown menu by clicking on the cell. 5. Bidders are advised strictly not to alter or change the BOQ format/ contents. Bidders are also advised not to paste any image file or put any additional conditions in the BOQ work sheet. 6. Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes and duties, and inclusive of goods & services tax which shall be paid extra as as quoted/selected by bidder in BoQ1/Annexure-12 upon submission of Goods & services tax invoice as per the tender terms 7.Do not insert any additional sheet and any condition in BOQ sheet. Please do not temper the BOQ sheet. 8.The work is of indivisible nature and shall be awarded to a single agency only.
