Preservation of different spares of MS/GI pipes, Gate valves, Flanges, Hydrant valves and others spares as follows: i) Scraping out from rusted portion with thin plates steel, Brushes emery paper etc. fro the rough & proper cleaning of area to be painted. ii) Painting of spares with double coat red oxide paint properly.

Proper cleaning of 15000 gallons capacity static water tank situated at different location. After dewatering and cleaning of the tank to be refilled with fresh water by hydrant valve up to the desired level. Disposal of mud//sand undesirable material are to be dumped to the nearest garbage/disposal area. The portable pump with fuel and hose pipe will be provided by the department free of cost.

Proper cleaning and loosening of sand pits provided in different location of 'A'&'B' Thermal Power Station and after cleaning is to be refilled in the pits. The garbage recovered to be dumped in the nearest garbage/disposal area.

Dismantling of MS/CI/GI/ pipe line from the hydrant system by loosening of nuts and bolts by cutting and transportation of the following material to site store/CSD-I of the following sizes.

Laying of MS/CI/GI pipe of hydrant system including cutting/welding and fixing of support etc. as and commissioning of the line at 8 to10 Lg./CM2.

Fixing of hydrant post of 63/80mm pipe line of hydrant system with the help of nut and bolts by welding works including dismantling of damage post which is to be shifted at site store.

Maintenance of low pressure gate valve size 80mm to 300mm dia. of different location in the plant. After maintenance, After maintenance, the valve have to pass hydraulic test pressure successfully at above 9 to 10 02Kg./CM2.
