Supply and fix single point Air Termination aluminiom rod 12mm dia 300 mm long with base plate of aluminium of size 125X125X10 mm fixed over hylem sheet of 175X175X10 mm fixed on roof top complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix horizontal roof conductor & down conductor with aluminium strip of 25X3.15mm fixed to parapet walls etc. by means of hylum sheet blocks spaced at roof coloum walls, 600mm centre & having groove to hold aluminium strip complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing with Galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal GL) with top of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below GL connected to GI earth Strip 32 x 6 mm connected to earth plate electrode by means of GI nuts, bolts & washers earth wire protected with & including 40 mm dia light grade ISI marked GI protection pipe not less than 7.5 metre long all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES Schedule Part I, with & including PCC 1:3:6 type C1 pit with cover of RCC 1:2:4 B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric not less than 4 Kg per Sqm watering arrangements with 20 mm GI medium grade pipe ISI marked, GI funnel with GI mesh, filling with mixture of common salt & charcoal, necessary excavation and earth works in any type of soil, including test point, testing & commissioning, complete. Note: The rate quoted inclusive of 32 X 6MM GI earth conductor upto a length of 7.50mtr from the earth pit.

Material & labour for GI strip of size 32 X 6mm laid in trenches/ wall/ floor etc., including necessary excavation, returning filling compete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for test point terminal box & test plate made out of phosphorus bronze including 8mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws & hot galvanized sheet 2mm thick box of 250 X 300 mm with six in number hexagonal head screws 125 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Copper strip of size 25 X 3.15 mm laid in trenches/ wall/ floor etc., including necessary excavation, returning filling compete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing rusted/us Aluminium strips, air termination rod etc., any size from the roof/ wall/ floor etc., of the building complete and including making god distrubed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
