The work of ERECTION/EXTENSION of LT Lines on 8.5/11 Mtr. Long PCC/ST Pole with ACSR Weasel/ABC Conductor and increasing capacity of sub-stations in various places as Shukul Kuwan, Gulab Nagar (Near Sant Xavior School), Near Polytechnic Collage, Banda Town, Vill. Kahala (Banda Town) under BUSINESS PLAN YEAR 2019-20 as per passed package no. 14, 16 & 17/BT/BP/2019-20 at EDSD, CHILLA ROAD/PILI KOTHI, BANDA under EUDD, BANDA, including safe carriage of all required material from E.S.C., BANDA to work site and work site to E.S.C., BANDA, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends, details of the work as given below :-

Erection of newly erected 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles as single support structure, including complete HT/LT fittings as per direction of Engineer incharge/RESSPO manual.

Erection of newly erected 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles as double pole structure, including complete HT/LT fittings as per direction of Engineer incharge/RESSPO manual.

Concreting/Grouting of newly erected 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles as single support/double pole structures. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each), including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual site requirement & direction of enginner incharge.

Erection and grouting of stay set including the work of nozelling etc. as per RESSPO manual.

Erection & Fixing of earthing rod complete as per RESSPO manual.

Laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering etc. of ACSR Weasel Conductor on the erected pole as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.

Laying, sagging, stringing, binding, spreading and jumpering etc. of ABC Conductor of size 3x120+1x95+1x16 / 3x95 +1x70+1x16/ 3x50+1x35+1x16 Sqmm. on the erected poles as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.

Carriage of PVC Cable of size 1x240 mm.sq. with laying, spreading, stringing, jumpering etc. and binding with all fittings as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. It includes the cost of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work.

Fixing of LT Distribution Box with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Installation of 25 KVA Transformers on the newly erected double pole structure in proper alignment as per direction of Engineer incharge/RESSPO manual.

Construction of new 250 KVA Transformer plinth of size 3460x4460x550 mm above ground level and one ft. below the ground level of 9”. After excavation of 4” earth, brick ballast shall be provided and rammering will be done properly. After that a retaining wall of 9” width by first class brick in ratio 1:5 of cement and sand shall be made. The earth shall be filled up to one ft. below the top of the plinth. After this brick ballast shall be provided up to 6” from the earth level and proper rammering shall be done. One No. Jail of 12 mm MS tore shall be fixed in the hollow of plinth and one ft. thick RCC in ratio of cement, sand and stone ballast shall be laid on the top of the plinth. The 12 mm thick plastering shall be done all around the plinth in 1:4 ratio of cement and sand. The contractor shall be responsible to complete the work as per direction of Supervising Engineer.

Installation of 250 KVA Transformers on the newly erected D/P structure/Plinth in proper alignment as per direction of Engineer incharge/RESSPO manual.

Safely removing/dismantling of 10/16 KVA Capacity T/F from the single pole after opening of connections & fittings and safely carriage of the same from work site to JE's (store)/store centre through the Kachha Pacca road.

Safely removing/dismantling of 100 KVA Capacity T/F from the double pole after opening of connections & fittings and safely carriage of the same from work site to JE's (store)/store centre through the Kachha Pacca road.

Construction of Pale fencing & painting of Sub-Stations

Construction of toe wall 9" wide 1' high above ground, all around the plinth/DP structure in 1:6 ratio of cement and coarse sand. The toe wall shall have pocket of 1200 mm size at the center of toe wall at appropriate places for grouting of MS Angle iron frames toe wall may very as per site conditions.

Grouting & fixing of MS Angle iron frame in 1:2:4 ratio of cement, stone grit & coarse sand and bolting the frames with at joining frames by 35x8 mm bolt with nut. The size of MS Angle Iron frame may very as per requirement of site.

Fabrication & Providing Gate in front of plinth/DP made in two leaves of size 900x1500 mm each. Each leave shall be made by MS Angle iron of 37x37x5 mm MS Angle and fitted with wire mesh or pale fencing of 18 SWG with the help of MS Strip of 35x5 mm size welded all around the frame. The leaves shall be fitted with hinges on MS Angle of size of 50x50x6 mm and shall have locking arrangement. Two gates shall be provided on such sub-station where more than one T/F are installed and that shall be counted two sub-stations.

Fixing & Grouting of main gate at S.No. 3 made of MS Angle iron frame of 37x37x5 mm and 50x50x6 mm in the ratio 1:2:4 of cement, stone grit & coarse sand in front of DP/Plinth and to provide arrangement for locking the fencing with provision of lock & key.

Plastering 10 mm thickness with cement, Mortar in ratio 1:4 cement and fine sand, including cost of all required material, labour & T&P etc.

Painting of entire metal works including wire mesh or pale fencing with super enameled primer coat of Red Oxide in two coats of British/Asian Paint thereafter painting of same work with dark blue super enameled paint in again two coats of British/Asian Paint.

Painting of Main Gate including wire mesh or pale fencing with super enameled primer coat of Red Oxide in two coats of British/Asian Paint thereafter painting of same work with dark blue super enameled paint in again two coats of British/Asian Paint.

Safe carriage of MS Angle iron frame from nearest S/S to site of work, labour cost including loading and unloading at both ends.

Safe carriage of MS Angle iron main gate from nearest S/S to site of work, labour cost including loading and unloading at both ends.

Supply of MS Clamp for MS Angle Iron frame with nut & Bolts, washer four clamp.

Supply of MS Angle Iron frame size of 37x37x5 mm for fixing of MS welded wire mesh 18 SWG or pale fencing made from MS Sheet size 1500 mm x 75 mm x 18 SWG with MS Strip of size 35x5 mm size of full frame.

Erection & Fixing of Top Channel with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Erection & Fixing of Dropper Channel with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.
