Restoration of rain damages to WSS Punnan in GP Barog

Excavation in foundations,trenches etc.in earth work,lift upto 1.5mt.stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mt clear from the edge of the excavation & then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers,when required into plinths sides,of fundations etc.,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20mtr.

Prov.and lying cement concrete 1:3:6(1Cement: 3Sand: 6Graded stone agg.40mm nominal size)& curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing & laying cement concrete1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work & reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation,footing,bases of columns and the like & mass concrete.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.10 mts.Thickness)attached pillasters,buttresses plinth,& string courses etc.from top of found.level upto floor two level

Prov.form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm,so as to give a fair finish i/c centring shuttering,strutting & propping etc. with wooden battens & ballies,ht. of propping & centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00 mts. & removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thick.) partitions & the like i/c attached pillasters, buttresses,plinth & string courses & the like.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor,roofs, landing & the like.

In Edge of slabs & breaks etc. below 200 mm wide.

Prov. In RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortor 1:3 (1cement : 3 sand )

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement :2 sand :4 gradded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) & curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for RCC work:-

Suspended floor,roofs,landing,balconies, beams etc.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work i/c bending,binding & placing complete upto floor two level.

Steel work welded in bulit up section, trusses & framed work i/c cutting, hosting & fixing in position & applying a priming coat of red paint:- In grating, framed, guards, bars, ladders, ralling ,brackets & similar works.

Providing & laying in trenches GMS/MS Tubes (L/M class) tube fitting (Earth work in trenches to be measured & paid for separatly)

Providing and Placing in horizontal layers of filtering media duly gradded, screened, washed and cleaned as specified by the engineer-in -charge.

Top layer --: Fine Sand ( Effective size 0.20 mm to 0.40 mm & uniformity coefficient 2.0 to 3.0 )

Second layer :-- Coarse sand 3mm to 6mm

Forth layer :-- Bazri 20 mm to 25 mm

Third layer :-- Bazri 6 mm to 20 mm

Bottom layer :-- Broken stone 50 mm to 75 mm
