Providing & Laying stone soling handpacked in foundation trenches including dressing, watering, compacting and all carriage upto site of work as complete job

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level: 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement of RCC works including straightening, cutting, bending placing in position and binding all complete. Medium Tensile bars

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting Quarry/Crushed stone aggregate of specified sizes to to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening of size 11.2 mm nominal size (~10%) and binding material / stone dust (~10%) to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density including carriage by MT lead 25km all complete [compacted quantities to be measured- Size 90-45mm
