Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge thickness including National or similar pattern roof coverings.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets.

Dismantling timber scantlings in framed work fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 Sq.cm in cec for ceiling work etc.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

Taking down cement plaster of any description incl raking out joint hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed at site.

Dismantling of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including quoins, arches, pillars etc.

Demolition of concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in in CM 1:6.

Demolition of existing water proofing/roof top treatment (including concrete padding) roughening of concrete surfaces, cleaning and washing down the surfaces with water and removing debris/rubbish materials out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick (average) Plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone) aggregate over 15mm thick redering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement with using WPC 3% by weight of cement on wall any surfaces (WPC Measured and paid separately).

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising following course of treatment/specification from bottom to top:- Applying bituminous primer @ 0.04 litre per Sqm over cleaned, roughened and dry roof surfaces including parapet surfaces. Note: Bituminous primer shall be "Tank Mastic" manufactured by M/s STP Limited or "Emufalte" manufactured By M/s Texa India limited and providing 3mm thick APP Modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt not weighing less than 150gm/Sqm all as per the detailed specifications and manufacturers instruction. Note: (i) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done torch on method as per manufacturer's instruction (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction (iii) APP based polymeric membrane shall be "Super Thermolay" manufactured by M/s STP limited or "Super thermolay" manufactured by M/s STP limited or 'MolyFP 3mm' manufactured by M/s Txa India Ltd or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement with using WPC 3% by weight of cement on wall complete all as specified (WPC Measured and paid separately).

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of priming plastered surface on walls all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement boards fixed as in ceiling with & including GI snap grid frame work, comprising of main aluminium of size (23.5x36.5x1.8mm) and secondary type of size 23.5x23.8x1.28mm along with span with the help of aluminium angle of size 23.5x36.5x1.6mm fixed to wall for false ceiling including necessary supporting hanger with 6.0mm dia G wire with 'J' bolt washers nuts for securing frame work to ceiling suspended @ 1.2m both way of grid shall be 610x610mm etc applying two coats of oil bound distempering over a coat of chalk whitening including preparation of new surface on ceiling complete as directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt, welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade ST-240 all as specified.

S&F FE-410W (Gde-E-250) quality B rolled sections Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates all as specified.

S&F Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc. not exc 10kg each brackets, conforming to FE290 Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel') complete all as specified.

S&F Wind ties with MS flat iron of size 25x4mm for roof including securing bolts including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work.

M&L for closing bolts holes etc., in old corrugated steel sheets or Aluminium sheeting by sealing with one bitumen and one curved GI washer on either side and 6mm GI bolt and nuts, all set in stiff white lead, bolt not exc 25cm in length.

M&L for two coats of painting with synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint), over one coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer on steel and iron surface of any description, not exc 10cm in width or girth, when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint including preparation of new surfaces all as specified.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers of 10mm thick each layer, mixed with water proofing compound on top layers as per manufacturer’s instructions on top layers, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as “supply only”).

Complete removal of existing treatment of walls / roof of RCC and AC sheets etc and preparation of old plastered surface of walls including plasters and cornices etc and applying two coat of exterior emulsion (weather coat) over a coat of anti alkaline primer in different for camouflage and concealment of sigma II software design / patterns approved by users complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of exterior emulsion (weather coat) over a coat of anti alkaline primer in different for camouflage and concealment of sigma II software design / patterns approved by users complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule A notes for details.
