Taking down and removing of old unserviceable materials i.e foam and cloth velvet etc from seat/back from chair revolving and tilting executive med back and supply and fixed 12mm thick hot pressed ply wood upholstered withfabric and moulded polyurethane foam seat and back of chair revolving and tilting executive med back with change of new tapestry, rate of tepestry shall not be less than Rs. 250/RM with foam cushion shape/size/pattern as per old existing seat and back complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Taking down and removing of old unserviceable base with wheel from chair revolving executive med back and supply and fixing of new base with wheel as required tupe (i.e push or thread type) of chair revolving and tilting executive med back complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Taking down and removing of old unserviceable hydraulic from chair revolving and tilting executive med back and supply and fixing of new hydraulic of chair revolving and tilting executive med back complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Taking down and removing for old unserviceable PU arms from chair revolving and tilting executive med back and supply and fixing of new black integral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert it shall be scratch and weather resistant of chair revolving and tilting executive med back complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

M&L for removing of old damaged/broken short rail from Charpoy and making of short rail from old u/s long rail retervied from ser item No 9.01 above incl threading both side & fixing in charpoy GI Pipe all as specified in drg & directed by Engineer -in-charge.
