Development, Acceptance Testing, Commissioning of suitable API to transmit, integrate and display data received at State Emergency Operation Centre (HP Sectretariat), Shimla from all the stations on real time basis to IMD Data Centre, Hydrology State Data Centre and Data Centre at Hamirpur. The API should be capable of transmitting the data received at State Data Center, Mandi server (s) under National Hydrology Project to State Emergency Operation Centre (HP Sectretariat), Shimla and IMD Data Centre, Shimla.

Development, Acceptance Testing, Commissioning, launching of a Web-GIS application that can be accessed from a computer or mobile device, allowing the dynamic presentation, analysis, and manipulation of spatial or non-spatial data for various purposes, display of data in the form of graphs, tables, 2D/3D maps for all the stations including the stations whose data is received through APIs complete in all respects

Furnishing of Data Centres with one computer table and chair, one conference table alongwith chairs for sitting capacity of 10 persons, 1.5/ 2 Ton ACs etc.

O&M, AMC & Trainings

Operation & Maintenance during Five Years Comprehensive Warranty period, for entire RTDAS with Telemetry system as specified in Schedule of Requirement along with accessories, installed at designated locations and Data Center equipments after final acceptance of RTDAS systems. This includes replacement of material/ goods & consumables as & when required at bidders cost. The cost of Communication for GSM & GPRS telemetry for data transmission shall be borne by bidder. The license fee as applicable for DOT for INSAT transmission shall be borne by the bidder except provision of 1 Service Engineer and 2 Site Supervisors

Operation & Maintenance during Comprehensive AMC period of 2 years after completion of Warranty Period for entire RTDAS System with Telemetry as specified in schedule of Requirement along with accessories, installed at designated locationsand Data Centers equipments after completition of 5 years warranty period of RTDAS System. This includes replacement of material/ goods & consumables as & when required at bidders cost. The cost of Communication for, GSM & GPRS telemetry for data transmission shall be borne by bidder. The license fee as applicable for DOT for INSAT transmission shall also be borne by the bidder except provision of 1 Service Engineer and 2 Site Supervisors.

Training of the purchaser's personnel at the supplier’s plant and/or/on site in assembly, startup, operation, maintenance and/or repair of the supplied goods. Course topics will include sensor calibration, data logger configuration, data downloading, data retrieval, collection, Troubleshooting, processing, maintenance requirements and procedure for equipment configuration,installation,site testing and commissioning including training kit containing course material in soft and hard copies as per technical specification.

Furbishing of Data Centres

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC (Fire proof) white colour casement/ Casement cum fixed glazed door comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length.

Site Development

Excavation in foundation , trenches etc.,in earth work ,lift up to 1.50 metres stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the excavated soil in 15 cm. Layers , when required in to plinth , side of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ranmming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres in pick jumper work 50% each.

Providing and layingcement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1Cement : 3 Sand :6 Graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of centring & shuttering in foundation & plinth.
