Providing and fixing GI Clip in Metal Ceiling System of 600x600 mm module which includes providing and fixing ‘C’ wall angle and other fixtures as required............ in plain Beveled edge global white colour tiles of size 600x600 and 0.5 mm thick with 25 mm height, made of G I sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/ sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC of 0.5, electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS:277 ........... all complete as per drawing and specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of painting with gypsum moisture resistant board

Providing and fixing roller blinds (Zebra) of approved make, colour and shade ……… complete job as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing in position AC-4 wooden flooring planks of approved make and shade …. Complete job including cost of 8 mm thick foam sheet tobe fixed below the flooring planks and all other accessories and fixtures required for fixing the flooring as directed by EIC., including dismantling of existing damaged wooden flooring and disposal of scrap material.
