20mm thick cement plastering: Providing 20 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Base coat for newly plastered surface: Providing and applying base coat of primer including scraping, providing and removing scaffolding, filing of cracks with putty where ever necessary etc., complete as per the specification

Exterior emulsion paint One coat: Providing and applying in one coat of exterior emulsion paint of Asian / equivalent Nerolac/ Berger/ Nitco/Birla having anti-fungus and water resistance character, of approved colour and shade, including opening of crack with V groove and filling the crack with putty or wall crack filler, scraping the original surface and rubbing with sand paper of zero size, and water wash wherever necessary or as per the direction of the Engineer In-charge, providing and removing scaffolding, cleaning of paint stains etc complete

Plastic emulsion painting for ceiling & walls without primer: Providing and applying painting in One coat with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand (Asian Emulsion/ Nerolac / Berger/ Sherwin Williams/ equivalent) on ceiling / Wall surface without primer to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface, free from mortar drops and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of all material, labour etc complete as per specifications.

Enamel painting on previously painted wood surface (one coat): Providing and applying painting in One coat on previously painted metal surface with enamel paint (to give an even shade, cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matter, sand papering and knotting ready mix paint including cost of material and labour complete as per specifications - Asian /Nerolac/ Berger or equivalent Make.
