Operation & Maintenance of 1x 15 MGD capacity Water Treatment Plant-III, CWPS-III, related substation, illumination etc at Garden Reach Water Works (GRWW), KMC {Rates (all inclussive) to be quoted considering expenses for all operation and maintenance activities including the cost of supply of coagulants, sweeping accessories, official stationeries, spares and consumables including laboratory reagents for smooth and successful O& M of the plant and other related units, as per requirement of site, as mentioned in the scope of work in the Tender Documents, as per direction of the E.I.C. etc}. IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN PRODUCTION AND SUPPLY OF REQUIRED QUANTITY OF POTABLE WATER P time to time (For the period of first 12 calender months).

Labour component: This monthly cost remains unaltered from the date of commencement of work till a new order (as per circular of the Mpl. Secretary as indicated in the Tender Documents) comes in effect. This also indicates the base-cost upon which the first increment will be in effect.

Other than labour component (Coagulants): This monthly cost remains unaltered from the date of commencement of work till end of first twelve calender months. This also indicates the base-cost upon which monthly cost of second year will be determined.

Other than labour component (Other than Coagulants): This monthly cost remains unaltered from the date of commencement of work till end of first twelve calender months. This also indicates the base-cost upon which monthly cost of second year will be determined.
