Providing and fixing aluminium powdwer coated frames partition with door a) including providing and fixing aluminium powder coated frame partition ( shade of powder coating brown ) using section for rectangular tube of size 63.5 mm x 38.10mm x 1.2mm thick ( 16 gauge) with intermediate horizontal member at 1.2 m level and vertical member to be equally spaced so as the distance shall not exceed more than 1.15m. Partition shall have single both sides prelaminated particle board 12mm thick including , providing 3/'' angles, 3/4 '' glazing clips, screws of appropriate size etc..Plain float glass of 5 mm thick to be provided above 1.2m height fixed to the aluminium section using powder coated aluminium angle of size 20mm x 20mm x 16 swg on both faces of glass using screw of appropriate size. Rates shall include powder coating, wastage, cutting, fixing, providing necessary cleats, using self taping screws etc. All tools , plants, labour and materials etc complete

Plastering with C:M ( 1:5) 15mm thick in two coat for internal surfaces( backing coat of 10mm and finishing coat of 5 mm )to walls including patches, bands,fluting, scaffolding, raking out joints, including fixing of chicken mesh hacking , cleaning and preparing the surface scaffolding, all lifts , curing ,making bands , bays , cambers , beading fluting . All labour, materials, tools plants etc complete

Primer painting with single coat on internal surfaces including cleaning and preparing the surfaces . Including all tools , plants , labour, material etc complete

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and and manufacture to give an even shade on old work ( two coats ) .All labour and material etc complete

Supplying & fixing good quality sun control film ( 100 %) opaque of required thickness of approved shade / design and of approved make on window glass / doors, including cutting of film, making the good the wall, floor etc complete and as directed . All tools, plants, materials, labour etc complete

Removal of damaged sun control film of existing windows / doors using approved chemical / solution including through cleaning of glass of doors / windows without any damage , scratch on the glass of the existing window / door ,etc including all labour , materail, tools, plants etc complete.

Repairs to aluminium frame sliding window, aluminium frame door including removing and refixing the shutters, cleaning the grooves, channels , replacing the worn out runners , rubber beeding but excluding the cost of Glass . All tool, plants, labour , material , etc. complete.

Execution of day to day works by supply of high skilled artisans like carpenter, mason for works of restorative repairs, aluminium doors and window repairs, shutters and gate repairs etc as directed with tools for a period of 8 hours per day as and when required etc complete
