Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement morter bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to the stores and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, etc.,and finished the cement concrete surfaces even and fair with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non–skid ceramic coloured tiles, size 300x300x7mm or 400x400x7 to 8mm, laid on floor, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 laid and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of the tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured digital tiles of size 300x450x7mm to 8mm, set on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado, etc, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of the tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of surface with wire brush, detecting the sources of leakages and replacement of any defective fittings/fixtures of any types/material nahani trap etc, replastering kitchen sunk (local sunk) with water proofing additive providing all slope at nahani trap with finishing and making good complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for drilling hole and fixing the metallic packer for hydrophobic PU foam and sealer as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coreseal 357A/ coreseal 357 CAT /Duro 53 of SIKA or equivalent for carrying out non destructive water proofing treatment of sunken slab, floors and walls of bath, WC, WHB and floor traps (combined unit) by using construction chemical methods such as Hydrophobic PU injecting and epoxy coating etc including cleaning of surface with wire brush, detecting the sources of leakages and repairing including removing/taking down unsound treatment/surfaces all as per manufacturer instruction , specified and directed.

M&L for second course injection of coreseal 135B /Duro 53 of SIKA or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for opening the joints in affected area and filling the cracks in entire depth on wall/floor/tiles with acrylic based crack filler /joint filler as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick pre polished granite (any colour) slab laid with 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 bedding in door chowkhat/frame, window cill, plateform etc in floor and skirting/dado surface and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of granite stone including Moulding/rounding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from wall and ceiling of any description from brick/concrete surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Rate included for upto four storey building including scafolding and all safety measures)

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete/gunniting surface as in ceiling finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surfaces in internal surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rectification of leakage in 15/20mm bore GI pipe lines, joints and repair by refixing serviceable fittings and replacement of unserviceable fittings with new fittings such as socket, elbow, tee, union, reducer etc complete to make leak proof complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling with excavated soil obtained from excavation in layers n exc 25cm including spreading levelling watering and well ramming complete all as specified and directed.
