Repair to pot holes of any depth, not exc 2 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scouring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat with paving bitumen @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder @ 9.8Kg per 10 Sqm, blended with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed to true surface (including supply of premix macadam binder and chipping to uniform surface) depth of pot holes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Material for premixed bituminous macadam shall be mixed in hot mixing plant.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 Sqm (exc 50 mm deep but not exc.100mm deep) including raking over and the surface and edges to proper required gradient and camber including removing the unserviceable material to a distance not exc 50 metres away and stacking serviceable material for reuse complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 7.5 cm thick(compacted thickness) laying,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical Mixer plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layer with mechanical paverfinisher in sub base/base course and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonnes capacity to achieve desired density,complete as per specification and directions of Engr-In-Charge

M&L preparing of WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked ,mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compresser to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming tack coat with paving bitumen primer @ 10kg/10 sqm using paving bitumen VG 10 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregates with hot mix plant batch,premixed with bituminous binder,transporting the Hot Mix to work site,Laying with mechanical paver finished to required grade,level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction with 4.5% bitumen content VG 30 Grade complete in all respect and all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

M&L preparing of DBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked ,mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compresser to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming tack coat with paving bitumen primer @ 10kg/10 sqm using paving bitumen VG 10 and laying semi dense Asphaltic bituminious concrete ( SDAC ) 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content VG 30 by weight of total mix with mechanical paver mixing in hot mix plant , rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne mechanical power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Mix Design of bituminous SDAC will be got done from approved lab as specified.

M&L preparing of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked ,mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compresser to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming tack coat with paving bitumen primer @ 5 kg/10 sqm using paving bitumen VG 10 and laying semi dence Asphaltic bituminious concrete ( SDAC ) 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content VG 30 by weight of total mix with mechanical paver mixing in hot mix plant , rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne mechanical power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Mix Design of bituminous SDAC will be got done from approved lab as specified.

Material and Labour for marking lines dashes, arrows, letters etc on road pavement and the like of any width with using thermoplastic compound white paint hot applied 2 mm average thick including glass beads 250gms/sqm area with machine confirming to BS3262 and according to the specification laid down IRC & MORTH (5th revision) complete all as specified. Note:- Marking shall be carried out with thermostat machine and make all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete,Type D-2 1:4:8(using 40mm graded aggregates) as in foundation filling and Mass concrete including Demolition of Old Concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Machine Pressesd coloured(Yelloow and Red) precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade including demolition of Old stone slab/Tiles of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling 25mm thick under floors or in cushion layer of interlocking tile and joint filling with dry sand mortar 1:4 complate all as specified and directed.

Grubbing up any kind of small tree, plant, bush, weeds on road or edge of it whose girth has not been specified including cutting off trunk portion protruding over ground digging out roots, fiiling holes and levelling off ground and removing of unserviceable materials to a distance up to 500 m where directed and clearing site

Supply and fixing in repair for road solar stud size 125x125x25mm made from aluminium alloy and PC construction, solar powered by monocrystal solar panel alongwith high capacity rechargable battery (led - 10mm, 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces are used for high brightness) water proof confirming to IS-67-1977 having load capacity of 40 tonnes complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Dark Eye Cat Part No DA-110 or equivalent of Makes specified in list of Makes

Supply and fixing, in replacement, Cat Eye, yellow colour road studs ABS plastic body confirming to IS-67-1977 having load capacity of 40 tonnes, heavy reflector, yellow colour both side complete all as specified and directed. Make : DARK EYE, TATA BP SOLOR INDIA LTD, GREEN LITE
