RequiredCopy of receipt of deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD, (including NIT issuing EE), CPWD, as per Performa-I.
RequiredCPWD Enlistment Order of the Contractor in appropriate category.
RequiredGST registration Certificate, if already obtained by the bidder
RequiredLetter of Transmittals. (Section-III)
RequiredList of eligible similar nature of works completed in Form-C.
RequiredExperience certificate of works as mentioned in Form-C for eligibility criteria
RequiredAffidavit for Proforma of Affidavit for Non - Black Listing in Annexure-IV
RequiredERP training certificate issued through LMS of ERP taken by himself or his authorized representative. Training will be valid only when participants are registered with LMS (Learning Management System).
RequiredAffidavit for non-execution of eligible similar work(s) through another contractor on back-to-back basis or subletting basis furnished on Rs.100/- Non-Judicial stamp paper attested by Notary. (Annexure-III)
RequiredCopy of Electrical Contractor License or undertaking as per Annexure-II
RequiredThe bidder shall upload an undertaking, as per Annexure-V, confirming submission of Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) from the OEM in the format prescribed at Annexure-VI

RequiredA Certificate/undertaking shall be uploaded mentioning that If we are Ist lowest then we will take ERP training through registration in LMS from ERP unit CPWD.
