OUTSOURCING OF SERVICES FOR MANNING AND OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF 33/11 KV SUB STATION IN MRS AND CONNECTED AREA AT GMS

Provision of services for Operations of 33/11 KV MRS having 1.6 MVA capacity power transformer - 03 Nos load comprising of 33/11 KV grid/steel structures with bus bars, insulators, AB switches, 33 KV HT panel boards, 11 KV Vacuum circuit breakers, 33 KV outdoor structure, PT's metering system bus couplers, HT/LT cables, control cables, LT panel boards for sub station lighting , earting pits of all the eqpts carrying out regular testing of the eqpts and maintaining of the earth testing register etc, Log Book with Duty Roaster/ attendance register records of the electric supply with all parameters as described at the sub station and daily maintenance of the complete surrounding area of the MRS. As when Supply fails/ restore from South Co utility or breakdown is informed to the MRS incharge within 05 Minutes of breakdown, complete all as specified and directred by the Engr-in-Charge. NOTE :- The job shall be maintained by employing Six Skilled Electricians (having minimum ITI qualified/valid Electric licence holder from state authority for working on HT/LT elect supply line) in all days (including Sunday and holiday) in three shifts as given below :- (a) First shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs - 2 Nos (b) Second shift 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs - 2 Nos (c) Third shift 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs - 2 Nos Note:- Man power to be employed are as under :- (i) Operator (skilled) - 02 No Each Shift. (ii) The provision of statutory laws relating to minimum wages shall be strictly adhered by the contractor and the quoted rate shall be deemed to include all taxes, cess, Levies, GST as applicable. If the quoted rates are less than the minimum fair wages including EPF liability ESIC, bonus, LWC etc.The bid shall be treated as non-bonafide and such bid shall not be considered for acceptance.

Electricians (skilled) - 06 No

Provision of services for maintenance of 11/0.433 KV substation in AD centre and amn dump sub station having transformer 400 KVA - 02 Nos, 200 KVA - 02 Nos, 160 KVA - 01 Nos transformer comprising HT panel with VCBs, PT's, CT's, HT joints, HT/ LT cables, battery banks with battery charger, LT panel board with switches, metering protection system, earthing pits of all the equipment & and maintaining of the earth testing registers etc. maintaining of daily records of the electric supply with all parameters described at the substation, daily maintenance of the surrounding area. Log book/breakwon details register complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE :- The job shall be maintained by employing three Skilled Electricians (having minimum ITI qualified/valid Electric licence holder from state authority for working on HT/LT elect supply line) in all days (including Sunday and holiday) in three shifts as given below :- (a) First shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs - 01 No (b) Second shift 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs - 01 No (c) Third shift 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs - 01 No Note:- Man power to be employed are as under :- (i) Operator (skilled) - 01 No Each Shift. Electricians (skilled) - 03 No

Note for item No. 1 to 2 :- (a) The contractor shall employ having experience , nature water supply , DG set installation from reconginised structions / firms. (b) contractor should provide all necessary stationery for records. (c) Attedence Register and Log sheet will be put up to Engineer- in-charge daily. (d) In case the contractor fails to employ for duty personnel in any of the shift he shall be liable to bear the panel recovery @1000/- per shift and no payment shall be made for that shift. (e) Normal maintenance shall be carried out by the contractor and rate is deemfit with the unit rate. (f) The rate quoted is deemed to be included for the tools, equipments including materials like gumboots, torch, rain coats etc as required as per climatic conditions. (g) Immediate information shall be passed on to JE E/M during any major breakdowns, pending works left out during the shift period. Proper handing taking over shall be carried over to the next shift personnel. (h) Contractoir shall supply two pairs of T shirts showing the name and designation like electrician / helper / mechanic / operator etc to the tradesmen employed and the tradesmen shall invariably wear the said dress. (j) Minor repairs like replacement of foot valve leather gaskets, washers etc and including the material like grease, cotton waste and maintaining the record as per particular specification and all as directed by Engineer in Charge. (k) Quoted rates shall be deemed to includes the transportation charges of diesel from GE (I) GOS MT Yard to concerened Installed Location. Note Rate included deemfit for ser Item No 01 to 04 as indicated perticular specification Part I Page No 14
