Material & Labour for brickwork with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 02 above but except bricks. (NOTE: Old burnt clay bricks retrieved from demolition shall be used.)

Material & Labour for brickwork with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC in foundations, filling and mass-concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection and paving 75mm thick laid in slope finished even and fair without using extra cement incl making joints at every 2.5m and corner filled with bitumen 85/25 complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for 25mm thick in sub base for receiving floor tiles PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Finishing surfaces of concrete to be even and rough to receive the topping layer or floor tiles etc)

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild roof structural steel angles/rectangular hollow section/steel tubular roof trusses (framed) purlins and fastening including distance pieces etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing the debris outside from defence land complete all as specified and directed .

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions as in padding on roof, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.(Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions as in roof kerbs,bands etc or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges cement all as specified and as directed.(Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 ,M-10 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling of sunken floor to receive floor top finished complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 for as per manufacturer’s instructions. The surfaces then shall be cured and allowed to dry. All the joints of pipe be sealed properly, applying a coat of Moisture Cured High Tensile Elastomeric Modified Poly Urethane Based Liquid Membrane on floor as well as on wall as per manufacturer’s. After the treatment, sunken portion shall be kept full of water for atleast one week to check seepage the work shall be got executed from the approved agency all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labourfor 50 mm bore ‘medium grade’ GI pipe with all fittings laid in trenches as in spout including neccesary cutting etc complete all as specified.

Demolition of existing roof treatment of any description such as worn-out tar felt, debris, mortar of any description & any thickness, surface cleaning of all foreign material such as fungus, moss, dust etc. by wire brushing and dusting including disposal of debris out of MoD land then surface levelled with a layer of 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including mixed with water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instructions and ensure water does not stand anywhere after Sprinkle water on the roof surface and Material & Labour for APP modified roof treatment over existing accessible RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specifications complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 liter/Sqm manufacture by the same agency as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gsm/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. Laying of membrane.

Material & Labour for cutting out cracks to V-Section in existing roof or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 by weight complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs and disposal of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 20mm thick granite (pure black) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs pillars, window cills ,cooking platform and like including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigments to match with shade or granite over including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- The stone slab shall be in one piece over kitchen plateform,window cill and making gas pipe holes 25mm dia with rounded holes and all open edges to be half rounded.)

Material and labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface such as dado etc 450mmX 350mmX 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of the tiles over and including 10mm thick rough cement plaster to receive tiles in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix joint free non skid coloured Ceramic tiles 07mm to 08mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix joint free non skid coloured ceramic tiles 07mm-08mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix joint free non skid ceramic tiles, coloured 7mm to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm in vertical/skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick backing coat/redering in cement mortar 1:4 for fixing of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.& Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sqmetre complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Vitrified Ceramic tiles 08 to 10 mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Vitrified Ceramic tiles 08 to 10 mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in vertical/skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles over and including 10mm thick rough cement plaster to receive tiles in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. (Note for item No(s) 25 to 28, 30 & 31:-The texture ,colour ,Shade of tiles & laying of tiles to any pattern & any design with one or more colours shall be approved by GE and Rates also including in this item for necessary cutting in circular sharp nothing extra shall be admissible on this account).

Machine cut kota slab fooring 18 to 20mm thickness over cement screed base laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to matches the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing setting over 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cm 1:6 for laying floor finishes, staircase and landing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: The kota stone on tread/riser shall be fixed in single piece only)

Supply & fixing joint free glazed coloured ceramic tiles matching with kota stone colour 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangle) verticle/skirting surface etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in while or coloured cement to match, including 10 mm thick backing coat/rendering in cement mortar 1:4 for fixing of tiles completed as specified & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of RCC as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams staircases, landing, cooking platform ,chajjas, & similar suspended work cement concrete is reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and disposal of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Demolition will be done only with mechanical cutter)

Material and labour for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, blaconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings & similar work; not exc. 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) Rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for TMT bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on walls/ceilings etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required and removing of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer’s instructions) on fair faces of brick work ,concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar article finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required complete all as specified and as directed.(Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid for separately)

Material and labour for two coats of plaster 15 mm thick (10 mm + 5 mm) on rough concrete surfaces of fin, facia, chajjas and similar article in cm 1:3 using liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer’s instructions) mixed in both coats, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required complete all as specified and as directed.(Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately) (Note :- Two coat plaster shall be carried out as mentioned in clause 14.18 of SSR-2009, Part-I complete all as specified and directed.)

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered external surfaces of wall and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint (Weather coat) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm (weather proof/weather coat) without any brush marks on the surface in any colour over including necessary scaffolding up to three storeys height of bldgs,Shade/colour shall be approved by GE,all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cm 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work , concrete surfaces of wall,finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered internal surfaces of wall and applying min 1.5 mm thick wall care putty on the surfaces & making the surface absolutely smooth and applying one coat of primer (as per manufacturer’s recommendations) on the surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion finished smooth on the surface in any colour. Shade/colour shall be approved by GE,all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & making the surface smooth applying min 1.5mm thick wall care putty and two coats of distemper oil emulsion finished without any brush marks over a priming coat. Shade/colour shall be approved by GE,all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying min 1.5 mm thick wall care putty on the surfaces and making surface smooth and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion without any brush marks on the surface over a priming coat in any tint. Shade/colour shall be approved by GE,all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying min 1.5mm thick wall care putty and two coats of distemper oil emulsion without any brush marks on the surface over a priming coat in any tint. Shade/colour shall be approved by GE,all painted areas site to be cleaned without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and as directed. (Note for item No 44 to 48: The work is to be executed upto four storey height. The contractor shall note this point before quoting rates.)

Material & Labour for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in CM (1:3) on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting down plants / trees of girth not exc 15 cm & surface are not exc 0.36 Sqm each from roof tops /sides of external walls of buildings, chajja, wall junctions, junctions of of rain water / soil /waste vent pipes including taking out roots making good the surfaces including repairing the CI/GI/PVC joints of affected locations by applying TUFALO (herbal medicine )and making good to suit the adjoining surfaces using PCC type 1:2:4, type Bo (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) or cement mortar 1:2 complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as specified.
