Dismantling of existing M.S. pipe railing from all five LRS Platform or over the Sluice valve including civil work i.e. grouting from all end and cutting of railing as per site requirement with the help of manual labour by welding set, men, machine & gas cutter set etc.
Fabrication/Fixing of railing on LRS platform by cutting existing railing dismantled pipes in appropriate length/size with the help of manual labour by welding set, men, machine & gas cutter set etc. This also includes grouting of MS sheet in the platform of LRS with cement coarse sand and concrete mixture in the proper ratio 1:2:4 properly as per site requirement. This work includes painting work on new made railing and existing remaining railing followed by anti-corrosive primer.
Fabrication /Fixing of chequered sheet over Sluice valve of size 1.575 mtr X 2.083 mtr made by 8 mm thick chequered sheet including fixing new chequered sheet with civil work and fixing of Hinge, handle etc. complete in all respect followed by anticorrosive primer and painting with black synthetic paint.
Fabrication /Fixing of chequered sheet over HT Panel room trench of size 0.572 mtr X 1.219 mtr and 0.686 mtr X 1.651 mtr made by 8 mm thick chequered sheet and work including fixing new chequered sheet with civil work and fixing of Hinge, handle etc. complete in all respect followed by anticorrosive primer and painting with black synthetic paint.
Fabrication /Fixing of MS gate for UGR and toilet of size 3.2 feet X 7 feet made by 50X50X6mm M.S. angle for choukhat and gate made by 40 X 40 X 6mm M.S angle, 35X6mm M.S flat and 2mm thick M.S sheet work including dismantling of existing gate by cutting gas cuter and fixing new gate with civil work complete in all respect followed by anticorrosive primer and painting with synthetic paint.
Providing/Fixing of M.S. angle of size 75 X 75 X 10 mm of length 2 mtr for the support of chequered sheet over 5th sluice valve at the end of chequered sheet. This also includes grouting of MS sheet in the platform of LRS with cement coarse sand and concrete mixture in the proper ratio 1:2:4 properly as per site requirement. This work includes painting work on new made railing and existing remaining railing followed by anti-corrosive primer.
Providing/Fixing of M.S. H-Section Channel 250 X 80 mm of size 1.397 mtr over the chamber and also fixing the existing level indicator sensor in channel by cutting M.S. channel of appropriate size. This also includes complete civil work in all respect followed by anticorrosive primer and painting with synthetic paint.
