(a) MSE sources, for availing benefits under MSME Act, should upload valid documents maintained under MSME act such as MSIC certificate etc dully marking the tendered item in the certificate,otherwise, claim for benefits under MSME act may not be entertained. (b) MSE source owned by SC/ST should upload necessary documents to get the benefits of being owned by SC/ST. Otherwise, claim for benefits under MSME act may not be entertained.

a) All the tenderers are requested to furnished offered Brand/Make, if any.there also requested to attached the technical literature/ leaflet. any deviation with respect to tender description is specifically to be mentioned in their offer.No,further correspondence regarding Make/Brand/ Deviation will be done after opening of tender.

Time Preference Orders :

In cases where it is decided to accept a higher price than the lowest tender in consideration I interest of earlier delivery, passing over the lowest acceptable offer ,following conditions will apply : "It should be noted that if a contract is placed on a higher tenderer as a result of this invitation of this tender, in preference to the l owest acceptable offer, in consideration of offer of earlier delivery, the contractor will be liable to pay to the Government the difference between the contract rate and that of the lowest acceptable tenderer on the basis of final price, FOR destination including all elements of freight, sales tax, local taxes, duties and other incidentals in case of failure to complete supplies in terms of such contract within the date of delivery specified in the tender and incorporated in the contract. This is in addition and without prejudice to other rights under the terms of Contract."
