REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF FACADE LIGHTS, GATE LIGHTS, PERIMETER SECURITY LIGHTS WITH CONNECTED ITEMS UNDER GE GWALIOR

Material and labour for overhauling of existing 16 meters height high mast lighting system by degreasing and cleaning of double drum winch, gear box, wire rope, clamp, bobbin arrangement, power tool motor, mechanical torque limiter, lowering the mast head assembly, degreasing and cleaning the pulley, docking arm etc and applying new grease / lubricating oil for all mechanical moving / rotating parts, checking all the electrical parts such as timer panel, all cable connections in control panel, motor, junction box, flood light fittings & aviation obstruction light fitting etc, rectifying the defects, renewing the defective components etc including testing for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of minor spare parts & lubrication is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix in renewal of 120 Watt LED flood lightfitting made up of Pressure die-cast aluminium alloy housing with toughened glass, IP65 protection and impact resistance of IK07 and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics having system lumen efficacy ≥100 lm/W, Inbuilt potted electronic LED driver with APFC (SMPS based constant current supply), lower THD, Open Circuit protection, Over Voltage protection, Surge Voltage protection & other safety test as per IS 15885 Part-2/Sec 13 and BIS complying including surface mounting using adjustable MS cradle of thickness 5 mm provided with the fixture including taking down existing unserviceable flood light fitting of any description complete all as specified and directed. Note :- LM 79 test report, LM 80 report with minimum 9000 hrs testing to support 50K life TTC and dirver NABL accreditated report shall be submitted before execution of work.

All as per Serial Item No. 2.00 here-in-before but of 100 Watt LED flood light (Red,Green and Worm White colour) fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in renewal LED flood light 210 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of 10/12W LED Bollard light die cast aluminium body, IP65, Warm/Cool white with PCC foundation and connections Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in renewal of Integral LED aviation light fitting comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure including taking down existing unserviceable aviation light of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing wiring along with earth wire with the size of 2x1.5 sq. mm +1x1.5 sq. mm earth wire 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated Auminium conductor, three core cable in conduit pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in renewal of LED Post top light fitting 40 Watt made in die-cast aluminum housing with decorative clear opal acrylic diffuser, IP 65 protection, spun aluminum powder coated canopy, low power Warm White (WW) LEDs connected in series and parallel combination with better heat dissipation arrangement with LED colour temperature- 3000K ±300K, Highly efficient constant current electronic driver having operating voltage range from 140-280 Volt AC, provided with high voltage, open and short circuit protection, Voltage surge protection 5KV complete suitable for up to 60mm OD pipe entry with fixing bolts including taking down existing unserviceable post top light of any description complete all as specified and directed. Note :- LM 79 test report, LM 80 report with minimum 9000 hrs testing to support 50K life TTC and dirver NABL accreditated report shall be submitted before execution of work.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 2 core 4 sq. mm nominal cross section in service connections complete all as specified and as directed.
