Excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 metres (average lead50 metres), including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections. as per Morth Specification No. 301, Sr.No.-3.3 (In widening )

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401( In widening )

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. As per MORTH Specification clause-406

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen VG-10 on prepared primed surface including cleaning of road surface and spraying Tack Coat at the rate of 0.30kg/ sqm. using mechanical means. as per MORTH Specification clause-503

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam steblized with 3.5% Emulsion & 1.0% Cement specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 m in depth and earth work in embankment to the in 20 cm. Layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slops and also including 1.50 m. lift and 30 m lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with-in 30m distance as directed by the Engineer–in charge.
