Repair/Maintenance of AMF panel 320 KVA by taking shut down,cleaning and removing of carbon particles, rubbing of heated portion of bus bar and cleaning complete and fine setting, tightening of all joints in bus bar, earthing etc and welding of broken doors including replacement of u/s nuts/bolts/washers and replacement of corroded glands, lugs/ thimbles and tightening them properly and testing all as directed. Note:- Spare parts for AMF panel will be measured and paid separately.

Supply & fixing in replacement 130 AH, 12V Maintanance free battery including replacement connecting materials such as terminals,lead, thimbles, lugs, nuts, bolts and washers as required at site all as specified and directed. Make:- Exide, Amco, Amaron

Supply, install & testing of constant current, constant voltage (CCCV) battery charging unit to charge 36 volts DC battery bank SCR controlled and consisting of double wound transformer an SCR/diode bridge, smoothing choke, capacitors and electronic circuits for controlling the voltage and current housed in a power coated sheathed steel cabinet not less than 2.0 mm thick suitable for floor mounting and fitted with a digital voltmeter & ammeter and the working voltage 180-270 volts. The charger should has indications for mains supply, mode of charging (float or boost), polarity batter reverse & over load conditions. The charger has protection for over load, short circuit, reverse polarity & surge/transient. The charge have to alarm on fuse blowing & short circuit. All protections to charger & its meter shall be provided with suitable rating MCB only including taking out old unserviceable complete all as specefied and as directed.

M & L for New earthing complete with Copper plate earth electrode 600X600X3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to 20x3mm copper strip at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete. Note : Copper strip and protection pipes 40 mm GI light grade up to 7.5 metre is included in unit rate and beyond that the same will be measured separately.

Supply & fixing in repair for Copper strip 20x3 mm on wall with insulaters/batten or recessed or buried in ground all as directed

Material & Labour for Cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete type B2 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate). Not exceeding 15 CM in deapth for plinth protaction for path including dismentling of old surface.

S&F in repair Mild Steel Chequered Plate of 6 mm thick to Cable Duct Cover and 45 x 45 x 6 mm angle iron, cut in to required pieces and lifting groove and placing over angle iron complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable in reapair XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 sq mm 3½ core Complete.

Supply, laying and testing cable in repair XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sq mm 3½ core Complete.
