Schedule 'A' Section - I

Excavation in trenches in hard dense soil n.exc 1.5m wide & n.exc 1.5m in depth for laying water supply pipes in trenches and getting out complete all as specified snd directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in trenches, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after pipes have been laid and tested complete all as specified snd directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated surplus spoil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified snd directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking out old flanged and drilled pipe line complete with all fittings and flanged joints,150mm dia, including necessary excavation, returning and filling etc complete, removing unserviceable from site and transporting out of site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Laying, jointing and testing hot finished seamless serviceable pipe, obtained under srl item No. 4 above in piecemeal locations complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The unit quoted rate shall include taking out old & unserviceable flanges from pipe, making short pieces of any length where ever required at site. External surfaces of pipes shall be cleaned thoroughly by washing and applied two coats of Black Japan paint. De-scaling shall be done to internal surfaces of pipes. (ii) New flanges, flanged joints, excavation, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately. (iii) Pipes shall be laid in trenches/over RCC or pillars/under ridges/culverts/roads etc.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing hot finished seamless carbon steel pipe not less than YST-240, grade B as per ASTM A 106, Sch 40, nominal size NPS-150 mm, outer dia 168.30 mm, with nominal wall thickness 7.1 mm and weight 28.22 Kg/ Rm, including short pieces as required at site, laid in trenches/over RCC pillars/across or under bridges/along hill side (up or down)/culverts/inside valve pits complete all as specified snd directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE:- (i) Excavation Earth work, PCC, seamless pipe fittings, MS flanges & flanged joints shall measured and paid for separatly under relevant items. (ii) Work will be carried out in piecemeal loacations experienced based on break downs and weaker sections of existing rising main as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (iii) Any other expences including permision from state authorities are included under this item. Make : Jindal(Maharastra Seamless)/ISMT/USTPL.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing bends, suitable length, redius as specified and as per site requirement, made of hot finished seamless carbon steel pipe not less than YST-240, grade B as per ASTM A 106, Sch 40, nominal size NPS-150 mm, outer dia 168.30 mm, with nominal wall thickness 7.1 mm and weight 28.2 Kg/ Rm, including short pieces with flanged ends duly fabricated as required at site, laid in trenches/over RCC pillars/across or under bridges/along hill side (up or down)/culverts/inside valve pits complete all as specified snd directed by Engr-in-charge. Supplying, laying, jointing and testing of Tees, suitable length and as per site requirement, made of hot finished seamless carbon steel pipe not less than YST-240, grade B as per ASTM A 106, Sch 40, nominal size NPS-150 mm, outer dia 168.30 mm, with nominal wall thickness 7.1 mm and weight 28.2 Kg/ Rm, including short pieces with flanged ends duly fabricated as required at site, laid in trenches/over RCC pillars/across or under bridges/along hill side (up or down)/culverts/inside valve pits complete all as specified snd directed by Engr-in-charge. Supply and fixing heavy duty MS flange of nominal size DN-150, duly painted with two coats of black japan paint, for NPS-150 mm nominal size pipes, 36 mm thick, 345 mm outer dia, having 8 nos hole of size 33 mm drilled for M30 size bolts for jointing with existing pipes,duly welded with pipes/tees/bends properly to both the plain ends complete all as specified snd directed by Engr-in-charge.

Fanged joint for 150mm nominal size pipes comprising of one 3.0 mm steel reinforced compressed asbestos fibre gasket and 8 nos nuts, bolts of size M30 and 125 mm length and 2 nos washers 3 mm thick for each bolt to joint pipes/fittings/bends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismentling & taking down existing unserviceable street light fittings/ flood lights of any type from pole/ buildings including brackets and electric connections complete all as specified

S&F LED Street light fitting 45W with RTC dimmable type new generation energy saving & environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die-cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 with 10KV built-in surge protection device complete all as specified . Note for item No 12.00 : (a) Make of driver and luminaire shall be same (b) Fitting shall be suitable for minimum 100 lumens/Watt (c)Power factor of fitting shall be minimum 0.95

Supply and fixing security light Bracket made out of galvanised iron light grade pipe of 40mm dia 1500 mm long bend to an angle of 105 degree with 02 Nos clamp made out of 50 x 5 mm mild steel flat iron and 06 sets of nuts , bolts and washers painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing junction box of size 200mmX140mmX95mm outdoor type weather proof factory made out of PVC sheet 1.8mm thick with front side hinged opening having locking arrangement with nuts and bolts and arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable/wire complete comprising with the following :-(a) Bus bar with two aluminium strips insulated with insulators, including PVC cable of suitable size from bus bar to MCB (b) MCB SPN 6 to 30 Amp-01 No (c) clamp made out of 25 mm x 3mm flat iron duly welded with nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed. Make : Sintex/ HPL/ Hensel.

Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing spirally round to pole for protection against monkey menace complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fixing GI pipe 15 mm dia light grade, ISI marked, with all fittings fixed to pole with and including mild steel flat iron clamps , nut and bolts of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC insulated, PVC sheathed twin flat core 1100 volts grade,4 sqmm aluminium conductor from OH conductor or from junction box to street /security light all as specified and directed . Make : CCI/ Finolex/ Poly Cab/ Havells/ Grandlay.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode plate of size 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 m below notmal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of suitable GI nuts/bolts and brazed properly up to main board including earth pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with expanded metal, with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including medium grade GI watering pipe 20 mm bore with funnel wire mesh and medium grade GI wire protection pipe 15 mm bore up to main board complete as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Part-I 2009, connected to earthing testing point including taking out existing unsv earthing complete ass as specified and testing on completion complete ass as specified and directed .Note - The units rate including the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20 mm GI pipe (light grade) for watering 15mm GI protection pipe (light grade) funnel wire mesh PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 cast iron frame and 40mm thick RCC cover for pit etc & no extra payment will be made.

Amount of credit of Rs. 79,460.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
