The fittings shall have arrangement so that maintenance required, if any can be carried out from top cover. 12.The defect libility period of LED lights shall be 05 years from the certified date of completion and the contractor shall replace/ repair the defective fitting with in 07 days after handing over the replacement. 13. A guarantee of 05 years shall be provided by contractor, supported by OEM covered all parts of luminaire. Contractor shall deposit security on this account @ 5% of work done against these items otherwise the same shall be deducted from the dues payable to him in RAR/ Final Bill.
