Improvement to Service road from RD 1900m to 2900m of KSDR Embankment and NH-16 to WALMI Campus via Sub-Division Office

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 meters outside disposal of unserviceable materials to the periphery of the area with all leads, lifts and delifts with cost of all labour, T&P, taxes, welfare cess etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil with all leads, lifts & delifts including rough dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated materials clear away from work site and dewatering including removing bushes, stumps and any other foreign materials from the working area as well as from the foundation trenches with cost of all labour, T&P, taxes, hire and running charges of all machineries, labour, welfare, cess etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub base of providing close graded granular sub-base grading - III materials as per table - 400 - I and spreading in uniform layer with motor graded on prepared surface by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC including watering and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density with PRR complete as per clause - 401 MoSRT and H specifications for road & bridge works (4th revision) including cost, conveyance, royalty and all other taxes of all materials and cost of labour T & P required for the work including hire and running charges of machineries with all leads, lifts and delfits and labour welfare cess etc. completed in all respect and as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadum specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per MoR&H specifications for Road & Bridge Works (4th Revision) including all cost, carriage, royalty, taxes, cess etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bituminous emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and applying primer at the rate of 0.6 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 503 of MoSRT & H specification for road & bridge works including cost of all materials, carriage, labour, T & P , taxes, cess etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bituminous emulsion (60/70) penetration grade using the emulsion pressure distributer @ 0.20 Kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned properly with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT & H Specification for Road & Bridge work (4th revision) with all leads , lifts and delifts including cost ,conveyance,cess and taxes of all materials including labours and hire charges of T&P materials required for the work, hire and running charges of machineries etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (over granular surface teated with primer)

Providing and laying bituminous macadom of 50mm compacted thickness with hot mix plant using crusher broken aggregates of Grading-II (19mm) prmixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 (packed) penetrationgrade of bitumen ,transportaed to site ,laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to required grade ,level and allignment and rolling with smooth wheeled ,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H specification (4th revision) with cost, carriage, taxes, cess of all materials, labour and T& P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying semi dence bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading-II (10mm) premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 (packed) penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alighment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction with cost, carriage, taxes, cess of all materials, labour and T& P etc. complete as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works (4th revision) as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Quarrying, collecting & supplying of good quality of moorum from approved quarry and stacking near work site in regular box heaps of 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.5 m to be measured as one cum with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials etc. complete & spreading the same on the road surface and flank, consolidation with PRR including watering etc. complete with all labour, T & P, taxes, cess etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in suitable type of soil in borrow area and loading in to transport vehicle manually or mechanically and transportation of earth by mechanical means and unloading the earth over the approved surface of the embankment in proper profiles with all leads, lifts,delifts including rough dressing and breaking the clods in to 5 cm to 7 cm size including removal of all foreign materials, debrises, grass, bushes, vegetations, shrubs, roots from transport earth including laying in layers not exceeding 22.50 cm in depth with hire & running charges of all machineries, T & P, cost of labour,carriage, royalty, cess , taxes etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
