Plain cement concrete (including shuttering) using graded stone aggregate of 20 mm max. size including consolidation, finishing, curing, cost of form work, shuttering, centering etc. at all level and locations complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Brick work at all levels & location using Ready mix cement mortar 1:4 using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality including scaffolding, raking out joints above ground level simultaneous pointing below ground level, curing, scaffolding etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

a) In foundation & plinth, drain walls, chambers etc.

Providing & laying rubble stone soling using spotless stones of consolidated thickness (150 / 230 mm) with stones vertically handset interstices packed with smaller stone chips, binding with murrum/crushed sand, watering, consolidating & finishing to required levels etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

a) 150 mm thick .

b) 230 mm thick .

Reinforcement with TMT bars of Fe 500D grade reinforced cement concrete conforming to IS at all floors & levels including, supplying, cutting, bending, fixing and tying in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire including cost of binding wire, labour and welding of new reinforcement bars with existing reinforcement bars wherever required etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. Note:- Binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor & the same will not be measured for payment.

Sand faced cement plaster 20 mm using factory manufactured pre mix/ ready mix mortar of approved make minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 suitable for external plastering over brick walls or concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering including acrylic based membrane curing of M/s. Anuvi chemicals/ Fosroc/ Dr. fixit at all floors and levels including removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris with in anushaktinagar at designated place. etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing, laying, jointing, fixing, testing & painting heavy quality (Class 'C') M.S. galvanized pipes as per I.S. 1239-1968 including fittings like elbows, collars, tees, unions, couplings, reducers, enlargers, bends and all other tittings required for the completion except screwed flanges conforming to I.S.1239-1968 & also as per the code of practice of water supply in bldgs. of I.S.2065-1972 inlcuding laying under floors, chasing, in walls, roof slabs and making good the same to the original conditions, including the cost of all jointing materials like hemp yarn, white or red lead, clamps, wooden gutties, screws, cement, sand etc. including removing the old damaged G.I. pipes & handing over to Departmental store scaffolding, testing the pipes etc. complete all as per specificaton and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing and fixing in position heavy pattern screw down gun metal Gate Valve conforming to IS:778 with hand wheels at top including testing for 10 Kg./Sq.cement mortar. pressure with clean and potable water with a minimum testing duration of two hours etc. including removing gun metal Gate valve & returning to Deptt. stores etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Supplying and fixing following size PVC-SWR pipes and Fittings for soil, waste, vent and rainwater pipe lines consisting following items of work:- i) Supplying PVC - SWR pipes and fittings conforming to IS 13592 of approved make and standard PVC clamps (approx. 3.2 mm thick) and nails or MS galvanised clamps having minimum 3 mm thick for fixing the pipe. ii) Fixing the pipeline vertically to plumb, keeping the pipe barrel 50 mm away from the wall face, using PVC or MS galvanised clamps. iii) Providing and fixing PVC Domed roof outlet (grating) for RWP & PVC cowl for waste/ soil pipe. iv) Jointing the PVC pipes and specials by PVC solvent cement, rubber lubricant with rubber rings or any other approved equivalent method. v) Laying the pipeline below the ground to proper slope and gradient for making connection of soil and vent pipeline (Vertical stacks) with inspection chamber or manhole and waste water pipeline with gully trap chamber including the cost of cement mortar, water proofing compound etc. testing the vertical pipeline by smoke test and horizontal pipeline by 600 mm head of water and rectifying the leakages, if any all complete incuding encasing the pipe line using CC 1:3:6 etc. all complete. vi) Cutting or making hole in RCC or brick work and reinstating the surface to it's original condition after passing the pipe with cement mortar/ cement concrete etc. by adding approved water proofing compound. PVC - SWR Pipe & Fittings ( TYPE-B ) NOTE: Rate quoted shall be for Each item including removal of existing damaged material and depositing to Deptt. Stores/ disposing off the debris with in anushaktinagar at designated place.

Supplying and fixing square gully trap 110mm of Nu-Drain System of M/s. Supreme or equivalent approved make including cost of labour material transportation and making the connection with existing outlet of building and providing and fixing of CI frame & cover of 7.5 kg minimum at top including 150mm thick PCC 1:3:6 & 230 mm thick brick work & 20mm thick plaster alround for fixing etc complete all as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Constructing fly ash/ AAC /kiln burnt clay brick masonry Inspection chambers of internal sizes 900 X 600mm at bottom and 900 X 450mm at top for an initial depth of 600mm consisting following items of work. i) 230 mm thick brick masonry in cement mortar 1:2 over 150 mm thick bed in cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 with 150 mm offset all-around, tapering of longitudinal walls starting from the height of 450 mm from the top of chamber frame & cover and tapering of longitudinal walls ending at the height of 200 mm from the top of frame & Cover to obtain an internal dimensionof 900 X 450mm at 200 mm from top of chamber. ii) 20 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:1 mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement on internal and external surfaces, internal surfaces and top finished with a floating coat of neat cement. iii) Making benching and haunching in cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 and finishing with floating coat of neat cement. iv) Fixing frame and cover at top using cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 (for bed block/ bearing course and capping) and cast iron steps/ foot rests, all as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge. NOTE FOR INSPECTION CHAMBER & MANHOLE i) Depth of Inspection chamber shall be the vertical distance from the top of the frame & cover of manhole/ chamber to the outgoing invert of the main drain channel. ii) The internal diameter/ sizes of inspection chambers & manholes mentioned in the item shall be measured from finished plastered surfaces. iii) The cost of 1:2:4 grade concrete and plastering with CM 1:2 for fixing frame & cover is included under the scope of work of item for providing Everlast Cover iv) Slope of 1:6 for benching shall be started from channel of depth equal of the outgoing sewer diameter. v) The slope of conical wall of manhole and longitudinal walls of rectangular Inspection Chamber starts from the vertical height of 200mm from top of frame and cover. vi) While making payment for extra over initial depth, the thickness of RCC frame & cover and the thickness of cement concrete bed block (bearing course) shall not be deducted from the depth of manhole or chamber. NOTES: i) Providing & fixing foot-rests/ steps and CI/ RCC/ Composite frame & cover including CC of grade 1:2:4 & C.M 1:2 plaster for fixing the frame and cover, will be paid under relevant item/ included in other relevant item. ii) Additional depth of chamber will be measured in cm and paid as per actual depth.

Inspection chamber of internal sizes 900 X 600 mm at bottom and 900 X 450 mm at top for an initial depth of 600 mm.

Extra over above item no. 12.1 for additional depth of inspection chamber beyond 600 mm initial depth & upto a depth of 1800 mm. all as per specification and as directed.

Construction of circular manhole of 1200 mm internal diameter at bottom and 530 / 560 / 600 mm at top for 1.5m initial depth & fly ash / AAC /kiln burnt clay brick masonry in 1:2 cement mortar, 230 mm thick wall for 1400 mm measured from top of frame & cover of manhole in conical shape and remaining height constructed 345 mm thick in cylindrical shape over a 300 mm thick cement concrete bed of grade 1:2:3 with 300 mm offset from outer finished wall surface of the manhole, also for benching and fixing frame & cover at top of brick masonry i.e. below and around frame and cover for bed block (bearing course) and capping including providing and fixing frame & cover, CI steps, 20mm thick plaster in 1:1 cement mortar mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or or as per manufacturer's recommendation on internal and external surfaces, internal surfaces and channel finished smooth with floating coat of neat cement and external surfaces finished rough with wooden float, along the depth at juction where thickness of brick masonary changes and intermidiate depth/height not exeding 1m a RCC band of 230mm depth and width equal to brick wall shall be provided, all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer in Charge NOTE:- Providing & fixing foot-rests / steps and CI / RCC / Composite frame & cover including CC of grade 1:2:4 for fixing the frame and cover - plastering in C.M 1:2 on exposed surfaces of bed block & capping, making smooth cement finish etc. will be paid under relevant item.

Top internal dia 530 / 560 / 600 mm to suit MD,HD & EHD cover for initial depth of 1.8m

Extra over Item No. 13.1 for additional depth of Chamber upto 3m.
