Quoted rate shall be including of all taxes and all expenses. c) Quoted rate shall be including of all taxes and all overheads.. d) The PSCL authority can ask the justification from the lowest rate quoted bidder. e) Financial Bid must be a positive numeric number for each component. f) Offers received with Annual Charges per year lesser than RESERVE Annual Charges per year in Rs. 1.20 Crore (One Crore Twenty Lakh) are liable to be rejected. g) All the columns of the price bid format should be filled. Incomplete financial bids will be considered Nonresponsive and rejected.
