REPAIRS TO STORM WATER DRAINAGE SYSTEM IN AND AROUND UNIT IN BHARATHIYAR NAGAR AND CERTAIN OTHER REPAIRS AT CVRDE AVADI

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in hard/dense including forming bottom surfaces to required levels/slope for drain/ channel/ foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar in walls and pillars complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15cm thick (below or above gounf level) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L brick work using sub class 'B' bricks in cm (1:6) straight or curved on plan exc 6m means radius complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as benching for drains with slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating includding necessary formwork, finished exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30/45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped end etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cm (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth complete without using extra cement all as specified & direced.

M&L precast reinfored cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm stone aggregate) as in cover slab inluding necessary form work placed in position over manholes/ drain set in cement mortar 1:6 including taking down old RCC cover slab of any condition complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Old Cover slav shall sold to contractor under Sch of credit.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality conforming to IS complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Surface Excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, approved soft/loose or hard/dense soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material exc. 250m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Reinforced concrete hume pipes, 450mm dia bore, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars including cement Concrete bed 1:4:8 (type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate) to drain pipes including packing under, & completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 75 mmthick as in sub base laid to slope all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) 100mm thick as in paving /hardstanding/ including necessary use and waste of form work and finish surfaces with brooming while concrete iin green position complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : Rates are inclusive of casting of PCC slab in alternate bay)

M&L hydrulic pressed colouredchequered cement concrete tiles 300mmx 300mmx 25mm, set, jointed and pointed in thick neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with white cements and pigments including provision of scredd bed in CM 1:6, 20mm thick all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
