Preparation of new or untreated surfaces of wood or wood based surfaces of any description exc.10 cm. in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified.

Refixing old steel galvanised tubing of 15 mm bore, including all fittings in new or old position as in walls, ceiling, floors etc complete all as specified.

Applying two coats of exterior acylic water emulsion paint (Apex paint) on walls including preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of old existing treatment from surface of wall and applying two coats of coloured exterior acrylic water emulsion paint Apex Paint) (1st quality) over and including 2.0mm thick Birla white/JK white wall putty (to achieve smooth surfaces) and a coat of acrylic primer of approved shade as per manufacturer intructions complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Apex Ultima (Asian) or All Guard Weather coat (Burger) or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Birla/JK white wall putty one or more coat on new prepared surface for smooth finishing and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old decorated surfaces of walls plastered or un-plastered by complete removal of existing treatement by scraping, washing, rubbing down or stopping distempered or painted surfaces etc & applying of Birla/JK white wall putty one or more coat on existing prepared surface for smooth finishing and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in padding, bed plates or mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for screed bed 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 Mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured & paid separately. (WPC Shall be measured and paid seperately)

Preparing surface by brushing cleaning and M&L for applying a tack coat of hot blown industrial bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 1.20 kg/sqm over a priming coat of bitumen primer @ 0.50 kg/Sqm with providing water proofing membrane weighting not less than 3 Kg/ Sqm with out Aluminum foil and after that applying a tack coat of hot blown industrial bitumen of 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed

Supply and applying Asian Paints Smartcare PU Magnum. The PU shall be applied as per following procdure : clean the surface from conaminants with brush. Remove any sharp protrusion on the building layer (RCC) by chipping and local repairs. Over the RCC surface providing and laying a coat of two component smartcare Epoxy primer @ 0.2 lt/sqm, when the primer is day, providing & applying Asian Paints Samartcare PU Magnum, Single component UV Stable white polyurethane based coating which cures by reaction with atomsperic moisture and forms a seamless highly elastic membrance in 2 or more coats with material consumption of note less than 1.7 kg/m2 having a elongation capacity of more than 350% and tensile strength of 4N/mm2 (ASTM D412)

Moistening the prepared surface for proper dispersion and penetration and applying two component cementitious elastomeric waterproofing coating Damp Block 2K manufactured by M/S Asian Paints LTD in two coats @ 1.5 kg/m2 to build 1 mm thickness as per manufacture's specifications. The first coat shall be applied @ 0.75 Kg/m2 and while 1st coat is still green the second coat shall be applied with a suitable and stiff brush @ 0.75 kg/m2 The treatment shall be carried out to entire vertical walls. Subsequently curing to be done on the vertical surface according to the good practice and as per direction given by EIC.

S&F anti oil, water proof, moisture proof vinyl wall paper fixed to wall with specified adhesive, after removing of existing treatment and applying a coat of POP 1 mm thick, (POP measured in Item No 53 as below) finishing as required for fixing of wall paper all as specified as directed by Engr-In-Charge Note:- Desing and shed as approved by GE/AGE.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth.

M&L for average 12-15 mm thich black granite (of any type) machine cut, in skirting/dado including laid over cement screed 10 mm thick in 1:4 cement mortar and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding, polishing & chamfering to edges of granite complete.

M&L for average 12-15 mm thich granite (of any type) machine cut, in platform top etc including laid over cement screed 10 mm thick in 1:4 cement mortar and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding, polishing & chamfering to edges of granite complete.

S&F Aludecor ACP (Aluminium composite pannel) 6 mm thick, for exterior use, Aluminium grade, plain, smooth finishing with PVDF coating. Shape and size as required on site, fixed on MS frame with ctuch screw matched with ACP coloure, joint free. Coloure as approved by Engr-In-Charge
