Dismantling the execting wall Plastering including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc., completed

Plastering with Cement Morter 1:5 mix 12 mm thick inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for curing etc

Plastering with Cement Morter 1:3 mix 10 mm thick inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for curing etc

Paving the floor with Anti kids slab of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm (un-polished) in all floors laid in of cement mortor 1:3 (one cement three sand), 20mm thick and pointed with colour cement neatly including polishing with polishing stone and oxalic acid etc., so as to perfectly smooth and glossy and including hire charges for polishing machine and power consumption charges etc. The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Pointing with cement mortar 1:3 to full depth of tiles using crudeoil 10% by Finishing the top of roof with one course of Machine pressed tiles weight of cement including cost and conveyance of all materials to site

White washing two coats using best freshly burnt shell lime in all the floors including cost of lime, Blue, Fevicol type gum, brushes,scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Distembering two coats with best approvde distembering including cost of materils and all labour charges etc., completed

Exterior emulsion two coats with best approvde distembering including cost of materils and all labour charges etc., completed

Painting two coats with approved Black Oxide for Old Black board works using ready mixed enamel paint including cost of materils and all labour charges etc., completed

Painting two coats over oid iron works using ready mixed enamel paint including cost of materils and all labour charges etc., completed
