Following works are to be carried out for shifting & Loading of 63 MVA 132/33 KV T/F(ADITYA make) from 132 KV S/S Sarnath to 132 KV S/S Alaipur, Varanasi and unloading at 132 KV S/S Alaipur, Varanasi including all cost of men, misc. consumables, T&P, crane, carriage Vehicle etc. to complete the job satisfactorily as per direction of Supervising Engineer
Shifting/Dragging of oil filled main tank of 132/33KV 63MVA T/F Aditya Make from starage point to Loading Site with all T&P and labor to complete the job satisfactorily at 132KV S/S Sarnath @ 5 meter/Job.
Loading of tank of above 63 MVA T/F on trailer at 132 KV S/S Sarnath, jacking the T/F tank placing of wooden Sleepers/ planks under the T/F tank and lifting the T/F tank by continuous jacking & placing the wooden Sleepers/ Planks, till the wooden Platform comes up to height of the trailer’s bed then placing of rails over wooden sleepers/Planks & trailer’s bed for shifting of the T/F bed and removals of rails after proper placing of steel Wire Rope & heavy turn Buckle for safe transportation including loading of the other accessories of the T/F on trailer’s/trucks with all due care of safety & Precautions.
Safe carriage of oil filled main tank of above 63 MVA T/F along with all accessories e.g. 132 KV, 33 KV & Neutral Bushing, conservator tank and oil Drums of the T/F By Trailer & Trucks arranged by the contractor from 132 KV S/S Sarnath to 132 KV S/S Alaipur Varanasi (via Ledhupue-sandaha-Raja Talab Ring road-Mohansarai-Rohaniya-Cantt-Alaipur varanasi approx. travel distance 60 Km ) with all due care of safety & Precautions including arrangement of Transit insurance.(insurance shall be Re-imbursed as actual).
Unloading of main tank of above 63 MVA T/F from Trailer after opening of lashing of main tank, Jacking the T/F tank for placing the rails under the tank for shifting of same to wooden platform removing the rails after shifting of the tank on wooden platform, lowering the T/F tank towards ground by slowly jacking & removing the wooden sleepers/Planks from under the Tank including all accessories from the trailer/ trucks at safe unloading place at 132 KV S/S Cantt, Varanasi with all due care of safety & Precaution, with all cost of men, T&P and other associated works required to complete the job satisfactorily.
Shifting/Dragging of oil filled main tank of 132/33KV 63MVA T/F Aditya Make from Unloading point to Plinth distance approx 20 mtr, including turning of tank if required with all T&P and labor to complete the job satisfactorily at 132KV S/S Alaipur.
Additional shifting of 63MVA Transformer Aditya make @ 5 Mtr/Job at 132KV S/S Alaipur.
