Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide ane not exceeding 1.5m deep for foundation, pipeline etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as required and as directed.

Returning filling including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as required and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above starting point complete all as required and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwide specially provided for including cuting reinforcement to facilitate demolition of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast reinforced concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of manholes fixed/laid in position and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and bending with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia for securing complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and plastering the distrubed portions in cement mortar (1:3) to match with surround surfaces, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 round section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 100/110 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and plastering the distrubed portions in cement mortar (1:3) to match with surround surfaces, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 round section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 150/160mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and plastering the distrubed portions in cement mortar (1:3) to match with surround surfaces, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 round section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 200/225mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up of drain pipes (salt glazed were or AC or reinforced cement concrete) set in cement mortar of 150/160mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipes 150 mm bore, grade 'A' laid in trenches, jointed cement mortar and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 for 150mm pipe, bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, in complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up of drain pipes (salt glazed were or AC or reinforced cement concrete) set in cement mortar of 200/225mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipes 200 mm bore, grade 'A' laid in trenches, jointed cemnt mortar and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 for 200 mm pipe bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in complete all as specified and directed.

Attending of complaint by covering the following items of work :- (a) Cleaning & clearing of blocked sewage line different dia including manhole by rodding, taking out the muck, mud & other debris from inside the sewage line/manholes, removing the debris to a distance exceeding 200m & not exceeding 250m & covering the same with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick incl excavation of pit soft/loose soil for depositing the substances retreived from manhole/sewage pipe line all as directed. (b) Cleaning and clearing of blocked IWCs & EWCs to sewage line upto 1st manholes by rodding or any other suitable method & taking out the muck, mud and other debris from WCs and the sewage line cleaning with fresh water & removing the debris upto a distance exceeding 200M and not exceeding 250M and covering the same with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick all as directed. (c) Cleaning and clearing of blocked chocked floor trap in kitchen & bathrooms including gully trap, the waste water line connection etc by rodding or by any other suitable method & taking out the debris to a distance exceeding 200m & not exceeding 250m & covering the same with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick complete and drain out the floors taps, gully traps waste pipe and soil pipe with fresh water etc complete all as directed. Note:- Adequate number of workmen shall be deployed as and when complaint received for immediate execution. If any complaint not attend by the contractor within a day then a sum of Rs. 50.00 will be recovered against per complaint per day from the contractor.

Taking out liquid/solid content from manhole/sump/septic tank of any size any depth and sewage lines by super succer machine or high pressure pump, cleaning thoroughly including disposal of liquid/solid content out of the Cantt Area and covering with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid cereamic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangle) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm and not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc., set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over screed bed or bedding 15mm thick cement mortor (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic, coloured tiles of size 450mmx350mmx7-8mm thick, on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 10 mm thick backing of cement mortor (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 75mm thick (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepolished chequered cement concrete tiles with white cement and pigment 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over screed bed or bedding 15mm thick cement mortor (1:6) in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs cascade health faucet including hook and hose not less than 1.2 metre long all as specified and as directed. Make : Cat No. T9937A1 of Parryware/Hindware/Cera/Jaquar.

S&F in reapir 10 litre capacity, PVC valve less syphonic duel type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, flush pipe, float and handle including brackets complete with all internal accessories and fixed to wall and jam nuts on both sides, PVC flush pipe 32mm dia, 90cm long fixed properly to inlet of WC and making good of disturbed surfaces of wall/floor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan, 'Orissa' pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe etc including making good to disturbed surfaces of floor with PCC bedding (1:5:10) type E-2 (using 40mm nominal brick ballast) and connection to trap with cement mortar including demolition of PCC/Lime concrete bedding complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china urinals, bowl type, flat back, size of 465x355x 25mm, white with grating and union for discharge pipe (excluding flushing cistern but including flush pipe and waste pipe) including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar (1:2), securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement, fixing automatic flushing cistern with brackets, flush pipe, grating and union for discharge pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs bib tap standard of PTMT of any colour, high pressure, screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 15mm-90gms / 20mm - 125gms) complete all as specified and as directed.
