Dismantling, taking out carefully of old existing broken U/S Locks with key cover of any description & replacement of the same with S&F new Locks brass six levers,(make Godrej/ Voltas with double key including new key cover complete on external face of Almirah & suitable 4mm dia screws complete machine all as shown on drg specified and directed.

Replacement of Handle with S&F new Chromium plated handle complete with nuts and pins complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed.

Replacement of three way locking device with S&F new three way locking device of 10mm dia, MS Rod & brass shackles complete with fixing accessories for steel almirah medium complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed .

Replacement of legs of steel almirah medium with S&F new legs made out of 16 Gauge MS sheet complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed.

Replacement of shelf of steel almirah medium with S&F new shelf made out of 16 Gauge MS sheet complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed .

S & F new 18mm thick prelaminated particle board placed in position for headrest by providing PVC beading alround the edges and duly fitted with screws as shown in drg. (Make of prelaminated board-: Ecoboard/Action- Tesa/ Greenply).

Taking out U/S glass pane from shutter and S&F new 4mm pane glasses keeping the shutter freely swinging up and rolled in all as directed.

CHARPOY FOLDING IP NYLON NIWAR/PLY TOP, FD-388/388(R)

Removing the U/S nylon niwar from the charpoy folding IP and S & F new 12mm commercial ply BWR grade ISI marked placed in position after providing four equidistant 25mm dia conduit pipe stiffeners duly welded to main frame for the support of plywood by necessary drilling and duly tightening with nut and bolts as shown in drg. (Make-Century ply/Greenply/Archidply).

Removing the U/S Plywood from the charpoy folding IP and S & F new 12 mm thick plywood top BWR grade ISI marked (Make-Century ply/Greenply/Archidply). Rest all as drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge and GE.

Removing the U/S flat iron stay and S & F new 25mmx 6mm flat iron stay as shown in drg.

Replacement of U/S PVC shoes with best quality PVC shoes of dia 25mm and height 30mm shall be provided to legs of charpoy. complete all as specified and as directed.

Welding work wherever required as directed by EIC and GE.

Painting to all steel portion of charpoy with one coat of synthetic enamel black paint with spray machine after cleaning, dusting and scratching the entire metal surface of charpoy with sand paper, making surface neat and smooth.
