Taking out existing unserviceable sluice valve of any type and supply and fix CI sluice valve 150 mm dia class PN 1.6 flanged type with grey cast iron body, bonnet dome, wedge, stuffing box, gland thrust plate cap, SS spindle stem, carbon steel bolts, nuts etc complete complying to IS 14846 and including necessary fixing arrangement as required at site by providing rubber/ fibre gaskets complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserveciable hydrant landing valve and supply & fix fire hydrant landing valve type A (Single head out let) of 63 mm dia conforming to IS-5290 with hose coupling adaptor, instantaneous, springs locks arrangement and blank cap all as per IS Specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserveciable hydrant landing valve supply & fix in repairs fire hydrant landing valve type A (double head out let) of 63 mm dia conforming to IS-5290 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable Branch Pipe and supply & fix branch pipe gun metal 63 mm instantaneous inlet, made threaded outlet, 15 mm bore nozzle short complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable Butter fly valve and supply and fix in repairs buttter fly valve of 100 mm dia including necessary gaskets and fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable Butter fly valve and supply and fix in repairs buttter fly valve of 80 mm dia including necessary gaskets and fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs / replacement of valve spindle of stainless steel with brass check nut etc for CI sluice valves including valve head gasket, gland packing, new nut bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes :-

Servicing of sluice valves by removing the glands / gate and refix with greasing, new stainless steel nuts, bolts with washers, rubber insertions gland packing etc in situ for the following sizes of valves :-

Dismantling the existing foot valves of size150 mm cleaning it throughly internally and externally, replacing the gaskets, required nuts, bolts, and washers, greasing and bringing it to workable condition and fixing in location complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the suction and delivery pipe lines and electric connections of fire fightng pumpset capacity 60 / 50 HP 3 phase servicing it throughly and carrying out the repairs such as replacing the worn out bearings / bushes gland rope nuts bolts washers greasing and bringing it to workable condition and connecting up of suction and delivery pipe lines and electric connections including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of post office red first quality synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down the unservicable non return valve from position after disconnecting the unserviceable valve supply and fix in repairs non return valve P N 1.6 of size 150 mm ISI marked heavy duty with handle including necessary nuts bolts washers and modification etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the suction and delivery pipe lines and electric connections of centrifugal/ Monoblock pump set of 12.5 HP capacities and removing it from its existing position carefully and transporting the same to the work shop, dismantling/opening up the pump and motor for inspection, repairs/replacing the worn out unserviceable parts with new one including cleaning, lubricating, replacing the minor items like, necessary packing material, studs, nuts, bolts, washers and bearings etc, reassembling the pump sets including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, transporting back and refixing the same in its original position including connecting up the water and electric connections, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Ser item No 40 above but capacity of 7.5 HP complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repairs to 12.5 HP, 3 Phase, 415 Volts Induction motor by taking down the burnt out, winding from motor, cleaning and rewinding with super enameled copper wire of the same guage and number of turns as existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Ser item No 42 above but capacity 7.5 HP complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix star delta starter fully automatic type ML-2, 3 Phase, 415 Volts complete with Over load relay, single phase preventor, on off switch etc incl taking down unserviceable one of capcity 10 to 12.5 HP complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs and connect and test DOL starter type MK-1 with sheet steel enclosures, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz suitable for motor out put of 5 HP capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cleaning of Satic water tank of 45000 ltrs capacity by scrapping the internal surfaces with steel wire brushes, after pumping out water(appx 45000 Ltrs) completely by using pump set, removing silt/debris descaling with solution and removal of sludge debris and foreign material to a distance of 50 Mtr from SWT and repair minor cracks and applying water proofing compound chemical and making leak proof including applying two coats of lime white wash internally and externally above ground, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint to inlet pipe above ground level and man hole cover/grills/wire mesh and two coats of tar epoxy over one coat of red oxide primer to the up and down ladders, cleaning the internal surface of the tank to the complete satisfaction complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Ser Item no 46 above but fire fighting sump capacity 50,000 Ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Maintenance free Batteries of capacity 12 V 150 AH,240 volts,50 HZ complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Exide / Amron / Amco
