Excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in any type of soil for foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth, for foundation etc and getting out in hard/ dense soil compete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) outside the cabinet sectt Bldg permises and dumped as per order of Delhi Govt/ Local civic body /ngT as applicable including loading, dumping and levelling complete all as specifed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick as in soil etc complete all as specified & directed.

Earth filling under floor including spreading and levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick and well ramming including watering etc complete all as specified & directed. (Note: Earth obtained from excavation can be used under floors.)

M&L for ATT (Pre-Construction) to the bottom and sides of excavation at the rate of 5 litres of emulsion per square metre of surface area complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of interior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces (for internal walls) complete all as spd & directed.

M&L for finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) including material and labour charges etc. for external walls.

S&F Rough cast wired glass, 6.4mm thick and glazing exceeding 1.5 Sqm with rubber beading/ beading/ oil putty in square/rectangular complete all as spd & directed. (for doors).
