Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar in any position including segregating serviceable/unserviceable bricks/stones Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Aee as per S.No. 2 here in before but except bricks.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone wall incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scurbing down with water etc Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on any faces of concrete or brick surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over primer complete all as specifed as direted by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of concrete and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm stone graded agg) as in louversand jallies 40mm thick designed as fort pattern (measured solid) including all moulding but exceeding frame and set in CM1:4 all as per sample shown and directed by engineer-in -charge.

M&L providing CM 1:2:4 Type B-0 12.5 mm graded agg. In precast coppings incl slightly rounded chemered angles and throating including necessary form work complete.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors or fixed on walls 110mm dia fixed in repairs Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in hard standing laid in alternate bays Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block 60mm thick M-35 grade any shape and size with grey cement and pigment Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundations including watering and consolidation Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B-1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) as in copings Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling/ demolition posts or struts embedded in soil or concrete etc (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wiremesh, any type Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) n exc 0.5 cum getting out in any type of soil returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n exc 25cm and covering and removal of surplus soil n exc 50m and making good surface Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wiremesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc including embeding in concrete and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F high quality zinc coated GI Chain link fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm made of GI wire dia not less than 3mm and fix with column with nut or bolts and strengtheing with 10mm TMT bars, conforing to standard grade steel complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Payment of TMT bar shall be made in seperate items in this Schedule. (ii) The Engr-in-Charge along with rep of contractor shall verify the weight mesh and submit the copy along with photographic eveidence along with RAR and Purchase Voucher. (iii) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of Nut bolt required.

S&F 10mm dia MS bars fixed in chain link fencing as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straning and fixing to fencing post with staple or steel pins etc Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates and framework for tank stagging and simillar items also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed by enginer-in -charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of syanthetic anamel paint over one coat of red oxide Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for medium duty perforated precast machine pressed drain cover slab 1000mmX500mmX70 mm thick of PCC 1:1.5:3 type B-1 and 10mm TMT bars including flat iron 70mmx5mm all around the slab and 40mm dia hole at 100mm C/C , size of slab as required at site and complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof covering Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
