AMI BASED SMART WATER METERS (ELECTRO-MAGNETIC/ ULTRASONIC TYPE) :

Supply of AMI based Smart Water Meters (ELECTRO-MAGNETIC / ULTRASONIC TYPE) with no measurement of air along with Performance and Test Certificates and minimum 7 years replacement warranty and 15 years battery life of Smart water meter : i) Conforming to Latest Updation of ISO 4064, OIML R49, MID Certified ii) Meter of Class - C Type or equivalent iii) Protection Class - IP 68 iv) Equipped with in- built RF unit/LoRaWAN along with Installation in complete respect i.e. fixing of New Meter Box, Cutting of existing Connection, Fixing of New Meter with allied Pipe Fittings 10 m length of GI pipe along with all the necessary arrangements including Testing and Commissioning, etc. For the following sizes: i) 15 mm Connection - 44000 nos.

AMI READY INFRASTRUCTURE :

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Infrastructure required to Collect the Data from Consumer End to Central Data Base/Control Room required for AMI System i//c provision of networks from a reputed network service provider etc. complete. Gateway (Adequate Gateway for 35 Sq.Km area)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Infrastructure required to Collect the Data from Consumer End by Manual Means, in emergency case Hand Held Unit - 10 nos.

CENTRAL DATA BASE/CONTROL ROOM : Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Data Management Software/Server along with minimum required Hardware and Software items in complete respect as per specifications mentioned.

Server System (including Windows, minimum required Software Packages, LCD/LED Monitor, UPS etc.) (For Water works - III) - 1 no.

Desktop (including Windows, minimum required Software Packages, LCD/LED Monitor, UPS etc.) - 6 nos.

Bill Plotter/Printer (as per specification mentioned) - 6 nos.

Copier/Printer/Scanner - All in One (as per specifications mentioned) - 6 nos.

Billing Software (as per specifications mentioned) - 1

Office setup along with Electrical Appliances (3 offices) - 40 sqm each

TESTING BENCH : Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Testing Bench/Lab. Along with minimum required equipments in complete respect as per specifications mentioned.

OPERATION & MAINTENANCE :

Operation & Maintenance: Repairs or Replacement of installed Smart Water Meters which is within the period of 7 years warranty period along with regular Maintenance like fixing connection leakage etc. complete in all respects, etc. for the Period of 7 Years including Installation and Defects Liability Period. - 44000 nos.

Generation of Bill including Collection of Readings (if any), Printing, Distribution (by physical, email as well as through SMS alert), etc. for 44000 nos. of meters for 7 years.

Manpower during O & M Period for 7 Years.
